Bill’s initial career interest in real estate was at CB Commercial (now CBRE),

He also coordinated an extensive land sale program with the Irvine Company in
Orange County. Bill transitioned from real estate to follow his passion for
global travel. He served in leadership and sales development roles within a
number of tour companies, cruise lines and hospitality tech businesses. A
Tennessee resident since 2014, Bill's real estate experience spans residential
and commercial transactions as agent, buyer, seller, investor, tenant, landlord
and cross-county corporate relocation. Bill looks forward to understanding your
