Our experienced team is made up of people who’ve worked at the Financial Conduct
Authority, the Financial Ombudsman Service, in banking and in tech. We are
experts in banking regulation and the Financial Ombudsman Service’s approach to
fraud cases. 


We are a new kind of Claims Management Company. We charge fair fees, we are
transparent about what is happening with your case at every stage and we provide
a personalised service to each customer. We’ll be honest about your chances of
success and we won’t charge you a penny if you are unsuccessful.

WHAT IS A BANK TRANSFER SCAM?

This type of scam occurs when you send funds from your own account to one
belonging to a scammer. These scams can take a variety of forms, but they all
involve the scammer persuading you to transfer funds from your bank account to
them. The fraudsters might also trick you into sending money to them via a
cryptocurrency wallet, and we can also help victims where this has happened.
