IS IT MORNING FOR YOU YET?, THE 58TH CARNEGIE INTERNATIONAL

Since 1896, the Carnegie International, North America’s longest-running
exhibition of international contemporary art, has provided an overview of how
art and artists respond to the critical questions of the times. The 58th edition
of this storied exhibition features more than 100 artists from around the world
and traces the geopolitical footprint of the United States since 1945.

GROUP VISITS, DAILY TOURS AND CONVERSATIONS

Join us for drop-in tours of the 58th Carnegie International, offered every day
of the week! Free with admission, these tours are designed to guide visitors
through a constellation of artworks and connect the currents of the exhibition
with contemporary issues and ideas. Adult groups of ten or more are welcome to
schedule group visits.

Our docents are eager to spend time with you during an Art Chat about our
Neapolitan presepio! Art Chats are offered on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday
through January 8, 2023.


REFRACTIONS: 58TH CARNEGIE INTERNATIONAL CONVERSATION SERIES

Refractions is a series of conversation-based readings, artist talks, and
performances that position artists in the 58th Carnegie International in
conversation with people across disciplines, practice, and geography. This
series, hosted in the Carnegie Museum of Art Theater, is designed to expand the
context and experience of the exhibition. Check out the full schedule.


ARTISTS IN THE WORLD PODCAST

Carnegie Museum of Art and WQED-FM present Artists in the World, a new podcast
that opens conversations between artists and their contemporaries. Artists in
the World uplifts artistic voices and explores multiple histories, geographies,
and current events while creating space for new ideas and possibilities. Listen
