EXPERIENCE BASED PROCESS

I’ve spent my career learning what works and what doesn’t by setting goals, and
assessing at the beginning, end and in-between. 

Every person has unique experiences and perspectives, but using a framework that
includes their particular strengths and goals can flex to enable growth from
anywhere to anywhere.


FEEDBACK AND ADAPTATION

I use this process to keep my work on track. Feedback from clients is an
integral part of the work. While I keep the basic framework in place, I also
look to see where or when I need to adjust it to meet the unique needs of each
client.
