Associate, Products Liability, Mass Torts, and Consumer Class Actions

Wilmington, DE | Newark, NJ | New York, NY | Philadelphia, PA offices

 

McCarter & English, LLP is seeking an associate based in any of the
aforementioned locations in our Products Liability, Mass Torts and Consumer
Class Actions Practice Group. Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience
in large-scale document review and production, creation of privilege logs,
advising the review team on privilege related issues, and addressing privilege
log challenges.  Proficient in Relativity, ability to execute complex searches a
plus.  Candidates must be proficient in Excel, be detail oriented, organized,
and proficient in privilege logging. Law firm experience required. NJ, NY, PA,
DC, MD or DE Bar Admission required. If you have relevant experience, we would
like you to consider joining our team. We will be working directly with
