updated on the Bank’s records any one of the following are required: Debit card

register for this service, follow the below steps: Go to www.dib.ae and click
Login Click on the “New User” button Enter Card & PIN details requested Enter
the required security credentials Set up your security profile Select your User
Id & Password Your Online Banking Registration is complete. If we do not have
your current mobile number or you are not in possession of any of the above,
please visit any branch for assistance.

instantly, customer can save beneficiaries for next transfers and can save it as

SECURE AND TRUSTED SERVICES

We involve several layers of robust security including 128-bit encryption,
firewall, dual factor authentication and automatic session time out. However,
the ultimate key to secure Online Banking lies in your hands. By taking the
following precautions: • Log off from Online Banking upon completion of your
session. Use the “Logout” button to end the session. Do not shut the browser
window to log off • DIB will never contact you by e-mail or otherwise to ask you
to validate your personal information (such as your Online Banking User Id,
Password or Security Profile) • Never follow a link with an email to start an
Online Banking session. Browse and click Login to start a new session • If you
receive an email that appears to be suspicious, do not reply to it or click on
the link it provides. Immediately report the matter to us by calling + 9714 609
2222 or forwarding the email to Customer Care at contactus@dib.ae. If you
suspect that you have become a victim of a fraudulent email, please contact the
bank immediately • Install all security updates offered by your software
provider(s) • If you have forgotten your User ID, Password or Security set up,
please click on the “need help” option on the login page.
