Order Implementing Procedures for the Filing of Highly Sensitive Documents
On February 9, 2021, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit
issued this order implementing new procedures for the filing of highly sensitive
documents.

Public Advisory Concerning the Court's Sitting Schedule
Members of the public may listen to the live audio of oral argument at
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiq_Kg0zEPrjMFK_s-KP5_g/ or may attend oral
arguments in-person. After the end of each day's arguments, audio recordings of
each argument will be available on the court's website. Please direct any media
