XBOX SUBSCRIPTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Xbox subscriptions in the bulleted list below require acceptance of the
Microsoft Services Agreement (microsoft.com/msa) and the applicable Terms &
Conditions below.
Any subscriptions not listed below are subject to the Microsoft Store Terms of
Sale (https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/storedocs/terms-of-sale) and any
subscription-specific terms.
We may update these terms at any time. When we post changes to these terms, we
will revise the "last updated" date.

PROMOTIONAL OFFER TERMS:
Sign in for your available offers. Promotional offers may be for new members
only and/or not be valid for all members and are only available for a limited
time. Offers not valid in Russia and Türkiye; other geographic restrictions may
apply. Credit card required. After promotional period, subscription
automatically continues at the then-current regular price (subject to change),
unless cancelled, plus applicable taxes.
ABOUT RECURRING BILLING:
By subscribing you are authorising recurring payments made to Microsoft at the
intervals you selected, until cancelled or recurring billing is turned off. For
more details, see
https://support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/manage-subscriptions/cancel-recurring-billing-or-subscription.
To stop being charged, cancel your subscription or turn off recurring billing in
your Microsoft account (account.microsoft.com/services) or on your Xbox console,
before the next billing date. Charges may be increased with at least 30 days
notice as described in the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale. You can receive a
refund within 30 days from your initial purchase by cancelling your subscription
(unless you are notified in a particular product offer that your purchase is
non-refundable). This does not affect your additional rights under applicable
law.
If a third party is billing you for your subscription, contact them for
information about billing, cancellation and refunds.
GAME PASS AVAILABILITY NOTICE:
Game titles, number, features and availability vary over time and by region,
platform, console and Game Pass plan. See the current game library at
www.xbox.com/xbox-game-pass/games. Learn more about supported regions at

XBOX GAME PASS ULTIMATE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS:
Use your active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership to play games on Xbox One and
Xbox Series consoles, and Windows 10/11 PC (excludes Windows in S mode and ARM
devices), and stream selected games (where available) to your supported devices.
Some game titles only playable on Xbox Series X|S consoles. Xbox Game Pass
Ultimate includes Xbox Game Pass for Console, PC Game Pass, online console
multiplayer and additional benefits. Note: Purchase of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
automatically upgrades your existing Xbox Game Pass (PC, Core or Console) and/or
EA Play membership(s) to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at the current conversion

Future code redemptions are also subject to a conversion ratio. Conversion ratio

XBOX LIVE GOLD SUBSCRIPTION TERMS:
Xbox Live Gold is now Xbox Game Pass Core.
XBOX CLOUD GAMING (BETA) TERMS:
Requires Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription and supported game; may require
supported controller (all sold separately). Select regions
(www.xbox.com/regions) and devices; streaming limits apply, server availability
and wait times may vary. Requires high-speed internet connection (ISP fees
apply). Best performance will be achieved at rates of 10 Mbps on mobile devices,
20 Mbps on consoles, PCs and tablets and 5GHz WiFi or mobile data connection.
Streaming performance is affected by internet connection, user location, device
and other factors. Your gameplay on other devices may be limited. Streamed games
may have limited functionality, for example:
* Limited video resolution;
* Limited audio outputs;
* Limited game save storage (cloud saves only);
* Limited in-game purchases;
* Limited user-generated content functionality;
* Limited companion app support; and/or
* Limited accessory and peripheral support.
