We are a professional and registered NDIS provider and take a personalised
approach because we understand that each applicant has a unique set of needs and
expectations, and it is our responsibility to meet those needs to the best of
our ability while respecting the individual beliefs and rights. We are committed

HOW CAN AN MK CARE PLAN MANAGER ASSIST YOU?


INVOICE PAYMENT

You won't have to worry about bills piling up because we'll take care of paying
all of your external service providers' invoices on time. Our knowledgeable team
is familiar with the various forms of supported supports and category codes, so
you won't have to waste time or money trying to decipher NDIS jargon. We've
sifted through it all for you.


SELECTING YOUR OWN SERVICE PROVIDER

The advantage of using an independent plan management solution like MK Care is
that you have full control over the companies you use, as long as they have an
ABN and can include a tax invoice.


TAKING YOU STEP BY STEP THROUGH THE PROCESS

The MK Care team is well-versed in NDIS schedule management services and is
eager to assist. The NDIS may be a difficult structure to navigate, but our
mission is to help you understand your choices so you can access the funding and
services you deserve.


COMMUNICATING WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS

At MK Care we recognise that you want to get the best treatment possible and
that you will need to use a range of services from a variety of outside
providers to do so. On your behalf, we'll arrange for prompt payment of invoices
to these service providers and suppliers.


NEGOTIATE PROVIDER RATES

When you use a plan manager like MK Care, you can even negotiate prices – either
with non-NDIS-registered providers or with NDIS-registered providers – to extend
those dollars even more.
