to create, remap and delete relationships between Configuration Items (CI)
elements quickly.

CREATE RELATIONSHIPS
Fully Drag-n-Drop – Create relationships between CI elements via the simple
drag & drop feature. It follows the ServiceNow CSDM data model and automatically
shows you suggested relationships according to the underlying metamodel.
And FREELUCY will take care that you do not create relationships that don’t make
sense!
REMAP RELATIONSHIPS
Minimize clicks – Oops, you created the wrong relationship? You can easily remap
it via the visual drag & drop. FREELUCY will show you all the places where you
could put it. But, of course, only where it makes sense. This will all take you
just one click!
DELETE RELATIONSHIPS
Easy Superpower – Drag & drop the relationship you want to be deleted to the
empty space around it. Deleting CI relationships in FREELUCY is that simple!
But, of course, you can always review the changes before committing to them.
THE STORY BEHIND FREELUCY
While looking to improve the user experience for our UPM-X customers, we created
a feature to create, remap, and delete relationships between CI elements. A very
easy and visual editor that uses simple drag & drop.
All in all, we just wanted to create a simple feature that anyone using
ServiceNow can use. This is our way of giving back to the ServiceNow community!

Yes! FREELUCY is using core ServiceNow functionalities with added enhancements.
No tables are introduced; therefore, no ServiceNow licenses are required! So
really, anyone from your organization can use it.
