Haley Pullos, known for her work on "General Hospital," was arrested for a DUI
after allegedly causing a major freeway wreck ... one she's lucky to have
survived, based on some horrific crash scene photos.

Haley, who plays Molly Lansing-Davis on the long-running soap opera, told Soap
Opera Digest last week that she was taking a break from the show to recover from
a car accident -- but according to a police report, Haley left out a few key
details.



In the document, obtained by TMZ, cops say Haley was driving on a freeway in
Pasadena on April 29 ... when she swerved, flew over the dividing barrier, and
into oncoming traffic.

She ended up colliding head-on with another car that was going about 60 mph.

When cops arrived at the crash scene, they say Haley was unable to exit her car.
Firefighters helped free her and got her into an ambulance .... where things got
weird and a little violent.

Police say a firefighter was assessing her injuries when she struck him and
shouted, "This is a $400 f***ing shirt!"

When they searched her car, cops say they found weed edibles and mini-bottles of
tequila.

Haley was taken to the hospital ... cops met her there and say she showed clear
signs she'd been driving under the influence -- noting the smell of alcohol on
her breath, slurred speech, and watery eyes.

She was arrested for felony DUI while still at the hospital ... and cops note
she got aggressive and fought hospital staff. They eventually had to sedate her.

The driver of the other car survived but was hospitalized with major injuries.

What's more ... cops tell TMZ Haley was also involved in a hit-and-run traffic
collision before her gruesome freeway crash.

A scary situation for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, as a man was arrested at
the couple's home for stalking ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office tells us they got a call
Monday morning, around 2 AM, from security staffers at Harry and Meghan's
Montecito mansion for a man near the property.

We're told 29-year-old Kevin Garcia Valdovinos was placed under citizen's arrest
by Harry and Meghan's security at the entrance to the property. Once cops
arrived, they took him into custody and booked him for misdemeanor stalking.
Valdovinos was later released on $2,500 bail.

The law under which Valdovinos was arrested indicates whatever he did, he's done
before ... which makes sense because he never actually made it on the property.
We know he told security something that triggered this arrest, though the
sheriff is not saying what that was ... it's now up to prosecutors to decide the
next steps.

It's unclear if Harry and Meghan were home at the time of the incident, but it's
not the first time an intruder has been arrested at or near their home.

TMZ broke the story ... back on Christmas Eve 2020, a man named Nickolas Brooks,
who apparently drove all the way from Ohio, was dinged for trespassing on the
property -- but he was let off with a warning. However, cops say Brooks returned
yet again on December 26, 2020, and was arrested for trespassing.



We've reached out to Harry and Meghan's reps ... so far, no word back.

Zak Bagans and Holly Madison are officially back together ... rekindling their
romance nearly two years after they broke up.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Zak and Holly are an item again and,
actually, had never really fallen out of touch. You'll recall, it was an
amicable split back in 2021 -- and our sources say that proved to be true
because they've been communicating on and off ever since.



Holly and Zak had known each other for years, but their romance didn't start
until after her May 2019 visit to Zak's Haunted Museum in Las Vegas.

We're told Holly travels back and forth between L.A. and Vegas because of her
kids, and Zak travels a ton for the filming of his show ... but they still find
time to see each other almost every week.

The couple have kept their relationship mostly out of the public eye and have
rarely been photographed together. Last month Holly wished Zak a happy birthday
on IG with a photo of a clown birthday cake.

Ja Morant's recent scandal is already getting the rap treatment ... with Vic
Mensa dropping some timely lyrics just days after the Grizzlies star was
suspended for flashing a gun on social media for a second time.

Mensa was out in NYC on Tuesday when TMZ Sports got his thoughts on the All-Star
guard brandishing a weapon on Instagram Live ... and after revealing his
tongue-in-cheek bars, Vic got serious about the situation.

"I think God blessed Ja Morant, man," the "$WISH" M.C. said Tuesday. "I pray
that that brother gets it together and he figures it out because he's too

"I think God blessed him," he added. "I'm not gonna say anything to disparage
him. There's enough people doing that."

Many people are starting to wonder whether Morant is trying too hard to emulate
rappers like NBA YoungBoy -- the artist he was vibing along to in the most
recent clip -- given his recent off-court troubles ... but Mensa makes it clear
the blame falls solely on Ja, not the music.

"Ultimately, NBA YoungBoy, he's just telling his truth and doing his thing."

Some ex-NBA stars have ripped into Morant for his second gun incident ... with
Stephen Jackson referring to it as a "moron move," and Chandler Parsons calling
for a year-long suspension.



Ja has since addressed the gun video ... saying he knows he has disappointed
those who look up to him, and promising to continue to work on himself.

Mensa said he will support Ja as he deals with his impending punishment ... and
even joked about switching up his music taste.

"I would just say, man, he might need to go listen to some country music or
something."

Brett Favre is speaking out after months of silence ... and while he only
briefly addressed the Mississippi welfare scandal, the Hall of Famer talked
politics, flat out saying the U.S. was better off under President Trump.

"I think Donald was a non-political president, and I liked that about him,"
Favre told Jason Whitlock in a lengthy conversation Tuesday on the TV
personality's "Fearless" podcast. "Was he perfect? Absolutely not. Am I perfect?
Absolutely not. I'm flawed just like the rest of 'em. We're all flawed. But, I
really felt like he had our country in a better place and really cared about our
people in our country."

"Black, white, Hispanic, Asian -- you name it," the former Packers quarterback
continued. "I think if you were an American citizen, he cared about you, first
and foremost. I don't know if our current president has the same mentality."



It's no secret the NFL legend is a supporter of #45 ... something Brett told
Jason has seriously hurt his checkbook.

"It's cost me money," Favre admitted.

The former Green Bay signal-caller also talked about one of the most polarizing
issues in the country, transgender people ... a topic which Favre feels strongly
about.

During the chat with Whitlock, he said, "To think that a young man who
identifies as a girl, I don't understand -- just hear me out -- can go into a
girl's bathroom and use the restroom with girls, and for us to think that's OK,
I think is wrong. I'm sorry."

He went on to agree with Whitlock's opinion that transgender women shouldn't be
allowed to compete against biological females in sporting events.

As for his alleged role in the Mississippi welfare scandal -- where he's been
accused of working with government officials to obtain $5 million from welfare
funds to build a volleyball facility at Southern Miss. -- Favre said he couldn't
speak much about it due to a gag order.

He did say, though, he's looking forward to openly speaking about it all soon.

"I relish the day that I can talk about it," he said.

7:55 PM PT -- Ja Morant is speaking out on the backlash he's facing over his
second gun-flashing scandal in two months ... owning up to his actions and
vowing to do better.

"I know I’ve disappointed a lot of people who have supported me," Ja said in a
statement on Tuesday. "This is a journey and I recognize there is more work to
do."

"My words may not mean much right now, but I take full accountability for my
actions. I’m committed to continuing to work on myself."



NBA commissioner Adam Silver is clearly extremely disappointed with Ja Morant
... saying he was "shocked" to see the Memphis Grizzlies star once again
flashing a firearm on social media.

The commish directly addressed Ja's latest incident before Tuesday's NBA Draft
lottery on ESPN, telling the network ... "Honestly, I was shocked when I saw
this weekend — that video. Now, we're in the process of investigating it."

Silver admits the footage, which appears to show Ja holding a handgun while in a
car with his buddy, is grainy ... but given Morant's past, Silver says he's
"assuming the worst."

The latest video comes just 2 months after Ja was seen holding a pistol on
Instagram Live while at a Colorado strip club ... an incident that resulted in
Morant being suspended 8 games.



Silver says he had a lengthy conversation with Ja after the first incident, with
the commish making it clear to Morant why it was such a big deal and why the
consequences were so severe.

why he was so shocked to see Morant waving another gun around for the cameras.

Rep. Lauren Boebert is pulling the plug on over 15 years of marriage, filing to
divorce her now-estranged husband, Jayson.

According to a statement, Boebert says she filed in Mesa County, CO and says,
"It is with a heavy weight on my heart that I have filed for divorce from my
husband. I am grateful for our years of marriage together and for our beautiful
children, all of whom deserve privacy and love as we work through this process."



She continued, "I've always been faithful in my marriage, and I believe strongly
in marriage, which makes this announcement that much more difficult. This is
truly about irreconcilable differences. I do not intend to discuss this matter
any further in public out of respect for our children and will continue to work
hard to represent the people of Colorado's 3rd Congressional District."

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ ... Jayson chased away a process server
last month who tried to hand him the divorce papers, and he reportedly shouted
profanities at the process server while cleaning a gun and drinking a beer.



Lauren and Jayson got married back in 2006, having their first kid when she was
18. She said in her book, "My American Life," they wanted to tie the knot when
she was only 16, just 4 months after they met.

She said they even drove to a Las Vegas wedding chapel to get it done, but were
turned away due to the minimum age requirement being 17.



The 2 opened up Shooters Grill together in 2013 -- a gun-themed restaurant where
even the wait staff carried firearms. They both are also grandparents-to-be,
with their 17-year-old son Tyler expecting a child.

Jackson Mahomes appeared in a Kansas courtroom on Tuesday afternoon ... marking
one of the first times he's been seen in public since he was arrested for
aggravated sexual battery earlier this month.

Patrick Mahomes' little brother -- a social media star who's amassed over 1
million followers on TikTok -- showed up to the Johnson County court looking
sharp ... wearing a grey suit, a dark tie, and some sunglasses.



Jackson briefly sat before a judge in order to request a modification of his
bond.

The 23-year-old was asking to be able to contact four people that he had been
previously barred from speaking with as part of the conditions of his release
from jail on May 3.

During Tuesday's proceedings, the judge ruled he could have contact with three
of the four.

Jackson then left the court without speaking to reporters on the scene. He's due
back for another hearing in late August.



As we reported, Jackson was arrested earlier this month and hit with four
charges -- including three counts of aggravated sexual battery -- after a
restaurant owner claimed he tried to forcibly kiss her multiple times during an
incident back in February.

THE ALLEGED INCIDENT

At the time of the alleged encounter, the owner also claimed Jackson had shoved
a male member of her wait staff earlier in the evening.

Jackson, through his attorney, Brandan Davies, has said he's done nothing wrong.

"Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of
Jackson's accuser including the statements of several witnesses," Davies said.
"We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our
investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter."

The Walgreens security guard who fatally shot a shopfitter in San Francisco used
unnecessary aggression, and it was not a clear case of self-defense ... so says
a former prosecutor who's challenging the D.A.'s theory.

Attorney Tony Brass joined "TMZ Live" Tuesday shortly after San Fran's District
Attorney Brooke Jenkins released the footage of the April 27 shooting to show
why she was not charging security guard Michael Earl-Wayne Anthony for killing
Banko Brown.

Tony says, on a human level, it is super clear the security guard used a high
level of aggression when he confronted Brown, which he finds absurd considering
it was a shoplifting case "at best" ... and not an imminent danger.

On top of that, Tony says he's super shocked the D.A.'s already decided it was
self-defense and there should be no charges. From his perspective, Anthony
should've just let the guy go when he tried to leave ... and the gun was not
necessary at all.

As we reported, Jenkins shared the footage Monday of the violent encounter ...
that ended with Anthony gunning down Brown as he fled the store with a bag of
allegedly stolen items.

Tony also points out the election of Jenkins as D.A. was a direct response to
the former D.A. Chesa Boudin, who helped build San Francisco's "soft on crime"
rep.

Regardless though ... Jenkins' decision in this case is not sitting right with
Tony, who says self-defense is possible, but should be left for a jury to
decide.

There's no love lost between Johnny Depp and his international fans, who swarmed
the actor with praise before the premiere of his first movie since the Amber
Heard trial.

Depp was on hand for the Cannes Film Festival Tuesday for the premiere of
"Jeanne du Barry." JD plays King Louis XV  in the flick, directed by Maïwenn ...
and he was most definitely a fan favorite as he strolled down the red carpet.

You can see lots of folks crowded around Depp as he snapped selfies and signed
autographs. He and Maïwenn even got a big standing O once they entered the
building.

Of course, it's been one hell of a journey for Johnny Depp over the last year.
As you know, he was involved in a very contentious defamation trial against his
ex-wife Amber Heard last spring.

JD ultimately won the courtroom showdown, but at the time, the spotlight was
anything but glamorous. As we reported, in the time since the trial, AH has
seemingly retreated to a quiet life in Spain.

On the other hand, Johnny Depp has relished his legal win. Remember, he secured
a three-year deal with Dior that's worth north of $20 million -- the most
lucrative men's fragrance deal of all time.

Priscilla Presley is no longer beefing with her granddaughter Riley Keough ...
they just settled their dispute over Lisa Marie's trust, and we're told
Priscilla's walking away with fatter pockets.

Priscila and Riley's legal teams were in court Tuesday, where they reached a
settlement over who controls Lisa's trust, which reportedly includes the
Graceland mansion and a stake in the lucrative Elvis Presley Enterprises.

Sources connected tell TMZ ... Lisa Marie's estate paid an undisclosed sum of
money to Priscilla to settle the dispute. Our sources say it's in the millions.

TMZ broke the story ... a trust battle broke out in the wake of Lisa Marie's
death back in January, with her mom Priscilla challenging an amendment to Lisa
Marie's trust, which eliminated both Priscilla and Lisa's former business
manager, Barry Siegel, as trustees and left Riley as the sole trustee.

Priscilla questioned the validity of the amendment. She claimed it was never
delivered to her, the document misspelled her name, the date on the document was
suspicious, and Lisa Marie's signature appeared "inconsistent with her usual and
customary signature."

There was a ton of money on the line ... and now it looks like Priscilla's
getting a chunk of change.

Priscilla's attorney announced the settlement outside the courtroom after the
hearing, saying ... "The families are happy. Everybody is happy and excited for

JoJo Siwa's swanky home was the subject of a terrifying break-in ... and those
allegedly responsible are still on the loose as cops work to track them down.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officers responded to a call around 2:40 AM
Monday from an alarm company about the break-in at JoJo's San Fernando Valley
home -- but by the time they arrived, the suspects had already taken off.

We're told cops found an open door at the property, which is believed to be what
they used to get into JoJo's house.

The total value amount of what was taken is still unclear, as sources say no one
was home at the time -- we're told investigators are still waiting to hear from
JoJo on what's missing.

The dancer shared the scary incident with her fans Tuesday, claiming the alleged

suspects had weapons.

Britney Spears' two sons want nothing to do with Los Angeles anymore and plan to
move to the Aloha State for a more private life, away from the attention
swirling around their mother ... according to sources with direct knowledge.

Our sources say Kevin Federline, Britney's ex-husband, had his attorney, Mark
Vincent Kaplan, fire off a letter to Britney's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, asking
if she'd be open to letting Jayden James and Sean Preston relocate to Hawaii
full-time with their dad and stepmom, Victoria Prince.

Our sources say they want a response from Britney by week's end. If Britney
objects, Kaplan will go to court and ask permission from the judge ... and given
Britney hasn't seen the kids in more than a year and the kids want to leave
town, it's likely the judge will allow the move.

We're told it's unlikely the case will end up in court and Britney will
acquiesce to the move.

Our sources say Victoria has a job offer at a university in Hawaii, Kevin has DJ
opportunities there as well, and the kids are eager to make the move. We're told
they plan to leave L.A. for Hawaii sometime in July.

16-year-old Jayden will continue taking classes remotely, and 17-year-old Sean
Preston will have graduated high school by the time they move, though his plans
are unclear.



The kids have been with Kevin and Victoria 100% for a long time, so the move
would not be disruptive.

As we reported, Jayden and Sean weren't at Britney's wedding last year ... and
months later, she addressed the difficulties in her relationship with the kids
by scoffing at Jayden's wish that she gets better.
