  How to prepare for your trip

 

  Dear Customer,

Here's some important information to help you prepare for your flight to Boston.
As a reminder, your booking reference is MSZSWP

Entering or returning to the USA
Before you fly, you must meet the US entry requirements to be able to travel.
Please review the latest UK government advice or you can learn more on the US
CDC website.

If you're a citizen or resident of a country covered by the Visa Waiver
Programme, such as the UK, make sure you apply for your ESTA at least 72 hours
before your departure.

Please remember, it is your responsibility to check and adhere to all the latest
health and entry requirements, including ensuring you have the valid ESTA or
visa applicable to your journey before you travel. It is not the airline’s
responsibility if you are prohibited from entering the United States.

Confirm your contact details
We’re required to collect information from all passengers, including children
under the age of 2, before boarding and provide this to the US authorities for
contact tracing. This includes:
 * full name
 * address while in the US
 * primary phone number
 * secondary or emergency contact phone number
 * and email address

You must add these details accurately in Manage My Booking, and reconfirm the
information is correct within 72 hours of departure.

There are penalties for failing to do so.
