SURVEYS OF FEDERAL EMPLOYEES

MSPB is conducting a survey of the Federal human resources workforce. The Human
Resources Workforce Survey (HRWS) is a Governmentwide survey of Federal HR
specialists and assistants. The purpose of the survey is to learn more about how
they perceive their work and the support they receive to do their jobs. The
results will be used to identify ways to improve HR capabilities and better
support HR staff. Feel free to explore the documents below to learn more about
