AEROSPACE

PMF flowforms engine parts, nose cones, nozzles, tube fittings, filtration

DEEP DRAWING

PMF has pioneered the unique ability to combine deep drawing and flowforming to
efficiently use sheet metal in place of more expensive forgings and castings.

HEAT TREATING

PMF combines modern technology and expertise when using any heating methods,
including annealing, aging, tempering, and stress relieving.


HOT SPINNING

Hot spinning produces seamless, high-precision, rotationally symmetrical shapes
with very accurate profiles and wall thicknesses.


HYDROFORMING

PMF's hydroforming process is unique because it uses a bladderless
configuration. This method can achieve a wider range of profiles in tighter
radii.


LASER CUTTING

PMF houses a powerful, 6,000 W CO2 laser capable of making clean, accurate cuts
in 3/4" stainless steel sheet as well as other materials.


MACHINING

PMF is recognized for its ability to machine complex, close-tolerance components
in materials that have a range in hardness from 88B to 63C Rockwell.


NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING (NDT)

PMF uses state-of-the-art measuring capabilities, which include a variety of
calibrated tools and measuring equipment.


RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

PMF's internal research and development department continually looks for
pioneering ways to streamline and combine metal-working processes.


TURNKEY MANUFACTURING

We are a turnkey manufacturer for components, sub-assemblies, and full
assemblies, with the technical resources to handle whatever is required.


WELDING

PMF welders are AWS and Nadcap certified, and are specialists at using CNC,
semi-automated, and free-hand methods.
