FAQ

 * When is the presale?
   
   Presale will start Wednesday, March 27 at 4pm local time of the respective
   venues and will continue until 10pm local time on the same day.

 * Do I need to be a MOA MEMBERSHIP holder to participate in the presale?
   
   Yes, this presale is exclusively for MOA MEMBERSHIP holders. If you are a
   non-member, please visit Weverse to join.

 * What do I do after signing up on Weverse?
   
   After signing up on Weverse, please follow the steps below.
   
    1. Join TXT Weverse
    2. Download Weverse Shop and log in with your Weverse account
    3. Buy and join MOA MEMBERSHIP on Weverse Shop
    4. Apply for MOA MEMBER Presale MOA MEMBER Presale on Weverse
   
   Presale registration will begin on Monday, March 18 at 5 PM (PDT) / 7 PM
   (CDT) / 8 PM (EDT) exclusively through Weverse, and will continue until
   Saturday, March 23 at 7 PM (PDT) / 9 PM (CDT) / 10 PM (EDT).

 * I have already joined MOA MEMBERSHIP. Do I still have to apply for the MOA
   MEMBER Presale?
   
   Yes, this presale is exclusively for MOA MEMBERSHIP holders and we will need
   to verify your membership prior to your participation in the presale. You
   must register on Weverse to receive a passcode that will provide you with the
   chance to purchase tickets at presale.
   
   How to Apply: Open Weverse → Go to TXT Weverse → Tap the button at the
   top-right corner → Tap ‘Announcements' → Read the Concert announcement and
   apply for MOA MEMBER Presale

 * How do I receive my passcode?
   
   Once the registration period has closed, we will send your passcode to the
   email address that is used as your Weverse ID on Tuesday, March 26. The
   passcode is a combination of numbers and/or special characters that you will
   have to input before you’re able to purchase presale tickets.
   
    * If you have any issues receiving the passcode, please email
      register@aegpresents.com and we will troubleshoot all issues and inquiries
      quickly to help resolve passcode issues.
    * If you have an iCloud email address, we suggest that the “Hide my Email”
      function is turned off to ensure proper code delivery. Click here for more
      info.
    * If fans have signed up to Weverse via their Apple ID and have a setting to
      “Hide My Email”, their email does not pass through to us so that we can
      properly deliver their codes.

 * I am an MOA Membership holder and registered for presale. When and how will I
   receive the passcode?
   
   On Tuesday, March 26, AEG will send a passcode to your email address that is
   registered as your Weverse ID. If you have any issues receiving the passcode,
   please note that we will troubleshoot all issues and inquiries quickly to
   resolve the issues.

 * How many tickets am I allowed to purchase with my passcode?
   
   The passcode will allow you to purchase a maximum of 6 tickets and can only
   be used once per show.

 * Once I register for presale and receive the passcode, will it guarantee that
   I can purchase tickets during presale?
   
   Participating in presale registration DOES NOT guarantee tickets to the show.
   Tickets will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.

 * What does "LOCAL TIME" mean?
   
   Local time refers to the time zone where the venue is located.

 * Where do I purchase the tickets?
   
   Tickets will be sold from websites designated by the venues. This includes
   axs.com / ticketmaster.com. Please refer to our ticket information notice.

 * Is there an age requirement to attend?
   
   The show is for all ages.

 * How to buy presale tickets: 6 steps
    1. Create / Log in on ticket sites: Ticketmaster.com / AXS.com
    2. Search "TOMORROW X TOGETHER"
    3. Choose desired city
    4. The lobby -> Waiting Room -> Queue -> Enter "UNIQUE CODE"
    5. The “UNIQUE CODE” is a combination of numbers and/or alphabet characters
       that was sent to your email address used as Weverse ID.
    6. Select desired seating area (Limited up to 6 per show)
   
   Continue on with purchasing

 * Are the tickets refundable?
   
   All sales are final. No refund, No exchange available.

 * Will there be a General Onsale after the MOA MEMBER Presale ends?
   
   Yes, there will be a Public Onsale following the MOA MEMBER Presale on
   Thursday, March 27 at 4pm local. Tickets will be available on a first-come
   first-serve basis.
