   𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺? I learned the importance of leading in a way that aligns with
   your values, which requires a clear understanding of what your values truly
   are. The WIL program (in particular, my one-on-one sessions with facilitator,
   Christine Lapierre) helped me understand what matters most to me. I value
   hard work and want to lead a team that is viewed as a true partner to the
   business, but, more importantly, I believe that if we do not value the health
   and wellness of our teams, we cannot deliver in a way that reflects our best
   selves. Christine helped me develop strategies to lead in a way where my team
   members deeply care about each other's well-being, as much as they care about
   delivering excellent legal services (which is a lot)! #LifeatOMERS

   those who have made exceptional contributions to building a strong province,
   nation, and world. This is an incredible recognition of his business acumen,

   Properties Group, Blake’s leadership has played a meaningful role in the

   OMERS President and CEO Blake Hutcheson was recognized for his work as
   co-chair of the Investor Leadership Network (ILN) over the past two years.
   ILN is an open and collaborative platform for leading investors interested in
   addressing sustainability and long-term growth. At OMERS, sustainable
   investing plays a key role in reaching our goal of achieving net zero.
   Blake’s leadership since 2021 has helped ensure ILN has made an impact on the
   world stage, advancing investors’ best practices in Diversity, Climate
   Change, and Private Capital Mobilization. We are proud of Blake’s work as
   co-chair and know he’s looking forward to continuing to support ILN. The
   network has a mandate to drive the transition to a sustainable and inclusive
   global economy and has supported the development of tools to enhance asset

   My 8-month two-term internship at Oxford has concluded. I find myself in awe
   of the journey I've embarked upon, rich in both professional and personal
   growth. I delved deep into the world of real estate and strategy within one
   of the largest real estate companies in Canada backed by one of the largest
   pension funds in Canada. Key to my development were the exceptional skills I
   acquired in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. These tools were instrumental in
   enhancing my analytical capabilities, allowing me to manage and interpret
   data with a newfound proficiency. This technical prowess enables me to
   present complex information in an accessible and impactful manner. The
   development of this skillset allowed me to further improve the outcome of the
   numerous projects and initiatives I was tasked with. But my growth went
   beyond just the technical and strategic realms. A highlight of this journey
   was my involvement with the OMERS/Oxford Properties Group Student Leadership
   Committee. This platform allowed me to collaborate with like-minded
   individuals, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose. My time with
   the SLC was invaluable, teaching me the significance of teamwork, leadership,
   and community engagement through hosting workshops, events, and fireside
   chats. A big thanks to Denise To, CHRL for facilitating the group and helping
   bring our ideas to life. I am particularly thankful to my mentors, Gibran
   (Jay) Jessani and Annie Xu MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, for their unwavering support
   and invaluable guidance. Their mentorship was crucial in helping me navigate
   through challenges and seize opportunities for growth. Without a doubt, they
   have been pillars of inspiration and wisdom. As I bid farewell to this
   chapter, I look forward to applying these enriched skills and experiences in
   future endeavors! The learnings from Oxford are not just professional
   accomplishments; they are life lessons that I will carry forward, eager to
   make a positive impact in my future roles. Thank you to everyone who has been
   a part of this incredible journey. Your support, guidance, and camaraderie
   have been pivotal in shaping this experience into something truly remarkable.

   committed to advance the adoption of the International Sustainability
   Standards Board (ISSB) Climate Standard as the climate global baseline.   We
   believe that standardized climate-related reporting will provide consistent,
   comparable climate-related disclosures that will support the investment

   gathering over 10,000 member companies and investors, have joined
   multilateral and market authorities to commit to advance the #ISSB climate
   global baseline. The declaration of support - announced during Finance Day at
