1) HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE ON VI APP

If you are a Vi user, you can conveniently check your balance online on the Vi
App. Download the Vi App and log in to your account, the balance is visible on
the App home screen. 

Alternatively chat with the Vi assistant Vic, available 24*7, or chat with Vi
executives using the WhatsApp number 9654297000 and ask for your balance. 

You can also dial *199# from your Vi phone and choose the option to check your
recharge balance.


2) WHICH IS VI OFFICIAL APP?

The Vi official App is of the same name and is available as Vi App on the Google
Play Store or App store. It is convenient for quick online recharge, bill
payment, playing games, listening to music, and much more.


3) WHAT ARE VI APP BENEFITS?

The Vi App is a comprehensive application that offers instant access to services
from Vi and offers many benefits.

4) HOW CAN I SET MY FAVORITE SONG AS CALLERTUNE IN THE VI APP?

On the Vi App homepage, go to the “Callertunes” tab from the top menu. Browse
through trending songs, and once you finalize a song click on the “set” option.
If you do not find your favorite song here, click “go to music store”. Select a
song of your liking from the curated segments and set it as your callertune.
From the options choose the duration, complete your payment, and you are all
set!

and more, that you can play through the Vi App. Log into your account, and from
