IMPORTANT NEWS REGARDING YOUR STANDARD COFFEE® DELIVERY


Dear Standard Coffee® Customer,

There is no higher priority than the safety and wellbeing of our customers,
associates and suppliers. As the COVID-19 pandemic has evolved, it has impacted
many of our customers. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service, we
will be changing our delivery routes in your area effective 1/24/2022.

As a result, your delivery dates may change and a new delivery person may be
assigned to your account. Your delivery days can easily be viewed by logging
into your online account. You can continue to opt for a no contact delivery by
leaving your empty bottles outside for pickup by our associates and we will
replace them. In some instances we may also opt for a no contact delivery if we
deem it is in the best interests of the safety of our associates and customers.

We appreciate your patience and support as we adapt to this very fluid
situation. Due to increased demand for our products and service, our call volume
has risen and long wait times have occurred. So, please take advantage of your
online account to browse products, view your current order, check delivery
status, and even add products to your next delivery.

Steps to view your delivery schedule online:


1. Please visit www.standardcoffee.com 2. Sign in or register your account. 3.
View your new delivery schedule by navigating to "Delivery Schedule" at the top
of the page.
