A Roadmap Workspace contains Suggested Resources curated by TADEO®, a
proprietary technology that organizes relevant data to help you plan for a
specific emergency event. Suggested Resources are constantly updating with
timely information so you can plan efficiently.

1. Initiate Roadmap - Create a Roadmap directly from your dashboard.

2. Select an Emergency Event - Choose the type of crisis you’d like your
suggested data to curate around.

3. Select an Account Perspective  - Choose your account type so TADEO can
further tailor resources for you.

4. Enter Location and Radius - Adjust your ZIP Code and preferred radius to
ensure your Roadmap Workspace provides nearby vendors and humanitarian support.


BUILD A PLAN IN 3 WAYS

Your Roadmap Workspace includes an area in which you can build a custom Plan.
Populate your Plan with relevant data resources using one or more of the
following methods.

1. Sort through Suggested Resources - Search, filter, and browse Requested
Resources that were curated for you based on emergency event type, account type,
and location.

2. Upload Your Data - Build your data record or send it to us and we’ll upload
it for you. Either way, you get to choose whether the data is private to you or
shared to help support the PAMEE community.

3. Request Data from PAMEE - Access our global support team made up of hundreds
of research analysts and data scientists to help find and upload the specific
planning data you need.

HOW DO I TRY PAMEE?

We offer a 7-day risk-free trial so you can see all that PAMEE has to offer.
Simply click here to activate your free trial - no credit card information is
required to start.


HOW LONG IS MY RISK-FREE TRIAL?

Our risk-free trials last for 7 days. After 7 days, your profile and content
will remain intact, but you’ll need to subscribe to continue accessing PAMEE.


DO I NEED TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE FREE TRIAL?

Nope! No credit card information is required to activate your free trial. After
the free trial expires, you will need to pay to subscribe for the next year.


WHAT IF I WANT TO SUBSCRIBE BEFORE MY TRIAL IS OVER?

You can activate your subscription at any time through the PAMEE platform. When
logged in as a trial user, click the "Join PAMEE Today" button at the top of
your screen and follow the prompts to activate your subscription.


HOW MUCH DOES PAMEE COST?

A subscription to PAMEE costs $186 per month.


WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD ENDS?

Before your subscription period ends, PAMEE will send you a notification to
prepare for the upcoming annual billing. If you intend to keep your PAMEE
subscription, you don't need to do anything. If you want to cancel, be sure to
cancel the upcoming subscription billing in your Profile Settings.


WHAT DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDE THAT MY TRIAL DOESN'T?

An annual subscription and a 7-day free trial both include 24/7 access to the
PAMEE portal and our robust database of records that include knowledge, donated
products, volunteer services, emerging technologies, accounts, vendors,
contacts, and more. Search our database for specific pieces of content and use
them to build custom emergency event plans through Private Lists built by PAMEE
experts. Take full advantage of curated planning tools, like PAMEE Roadmaps,
that do the legwork for you.

Full subscribers have access to additional features such as:

• the ability to create and contribute records to the PAMEE community
• sharing lists
• sharing records

New features for both paid subscribers and free trial users are in progress here
at PAMEE as well.


HOW DO I CONTINUE MY PAMEE SUBSCRIPTION?

In order to make managing your PAMEE account as easy as possible, your
subscription will automatically renew every year on the date you originally
subscribed.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To cancel your PAMEE subscription, go to your Account Settings and scroll down
to "Payment Settings." Then click on "View/Update." You'll be redirected to the
secure payment portal where you can click "Cancel Plan."

If you are unsure how to cancel your subscription online, please reach out to
us.


HOW MANY USERS ARE ALLOWED PER SUBSCRIPTION?

A PAMEE subscription is an individual use license, allowing each user to update
and keep their account throughout their career. We recommend that every person
involved in your organization’s emergency-planning decision making or response
efforts sign up for an individual PAMEE account. This ensures that everyone has
full access to our database of resources, event roadmaps, planning tools, and
sharing features – plus the ability to set up a personal profile and make
updates or contributions on behalf of their organization.


CAN I GET PAMEE WHERE I LIVE?

PAMEE is currently offered in the United States. We are in the process of
growing the PAMEE platform and expanding our service internationally.
