CUSTOM TUBE BENDING AND FINISHING

Mandrel tube bending using C.N.C. (computerized numerical controlled) tube
benders allows us to produce smooth and wrinkle free bends. We specialize in
bending round tubing from 1/8" OD up through 3" OD in various materials
including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminized steel, aluminum, copper and
more.

Many end finishing services are available such as cutting, deburring, flaring,
expanding, beading, notching and welding. We can take your tube bending project
from concept to completion using Cartesian coordinates (x,y,z's), prints,
samples or just an idea.


PRE-BENT TUBE ELBOWS

We stock mandrel bent elbows in 45, 90 and 180 degrees in 304 stainless steel
tubing and aluminized tubing. We also offer straight tubing in 304 stainless
steel or aluminized steel.
