* Your Sequence program includes the cost of labs and non-GLP-1 medications. The
cost of GLP-1 medications is subject to insurance coverage. Your Care Team will
help you with insurance coverage.

Do I qualify?
What medications do you prescribe?
The exact medication that your Clinician will prescribe depends on your medical
history, biology, and insurance coverage. When appropriate, your Clinician may
prescribe GLP-1 medications, including semaglutide (brand names Wegovy, Ozempic,
and Rybelsus), liraglutide (brand names Saxenda and Victoza), tirzepatide (brand
name Mounjaro), or dulaglutide (brand names Trulicity). In addition, many
members have had success with other medications such as Metformin and
combination Naltrexone and Bupropion. If your treatment plan isn’t working for
you, talk to your Sequence Care Team about adjustments or alternative plans. 

‍Please note, some GLP-1 medications are experiencing intermittent nationwide
shortages. See which medications are affected on the FDA shortage database.
Is medication included in my membership fee?
No, medications are not included in the membership fee. However, your Care Team
will help you identify the most cost effective option based on your medical
history, pharmacy benefits insurance coverage, and applicable savings cards. The
cost of the medication is often $25 per month or less.
How much does the program cost?
The initial consultation is $49, due at the time of checkout. After that,
membership for the program is $99 per month. This includes follow-up
appointments, access to a dietitian, fitness coaching, our companion app, weight
loss lessons, an insurance advocate, and more.

The monthly subscription fee doesn’t start until after you complete the initial
consultation.

Additionally, we’re running a promotion for the first month free. So your first
membership fee won’t be billed until 30 days after you complete your initial
consultation.

We try to make the program as risk-free as possible, so if you’re unhappy for
any reason, then you can unsubscribe at any time. If you would like to see if

Do you take insurance?
We don’t take insurance for the membership cost yet, but we will work with
commercial or employer insurances to get your medication covered.
Do you take HSA/FSA?
Services may be eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement. Check with your
FSA/HSA  provider for eligibility requirements. You can pay with an HSA or FSA
card. If you have already checked out, you can update your payment method to an
HSA or FSA card in your account settings.
