New Terms and Conditions effective March 31, 2022 Dear Cardmember, Log in Changes to the American Express® Corporate Card Terms & Conditions We are writing to inform you that we are making some minor changes to the American Express Corporate Card Terms and Conditions. You can find a summary of the changes below and you can view and download the new Terms and Conditions, New Corporate Card Terms (pdf). Summary of Changes Changes Clause No. Details Charges in a Foreign Currency 10.b, 11.b We have included information about our rate settling affiliate, AE Exposure Management Limited. We have also added that the Foreign Exchange ECB Comparison information about exchange rates is available at americanexpress.no/fx-ecb. Communicating with You 19.a We have included provisions to allow American Express to communicate with Cardmembers in either local language or English. Problems with Goods and Services Purchased 20.b We have included information about new routines for handling complaints. Please read the new Terms and Conditions carefully. We will assume that you have accepted the new Terms and Conditions unless you inform us otherwise before March 31, 2022.
