Telepass is here for all your fuel needs such as petrol, diesel, LPG, and CNG!
You can select an affiliated petrol station and pay for the fuel in the app. You
can also select “Servito” on the petrol pump and pay with your Telepass device,
confirming the expense with a PIN or your fingerprint on your phone.
Available only with the Plus and Telepass Pay X plans.

Open app
Find an affiliated petrol station and select the payment method of your choice.
Fill up your tank
Pay for the fuel with the app, or with your Telepass device if you’ve chosen
“Servito”.
Confirm and get going
Get a payment confirmation or approve payment with device by entering the PIN in
your app.

HOW CAN WE HELP?
HOW DO I ACTIVATE THE FUEL SERVICE?
You can use the Fuel Service by downloading the Telepass Pay App or the Telepass
Pay X App.
If you are already a Telepass Family customer, activate Telepass Pay from here.
If you are a new customer, you can activate the Telepass and Telepass Pay
services by clicking here.
HOW DOES THE FUEL SERVICE WORK?
* From the Telepass Pay or Telepass Pay X App select the Fuel Service by
clicking on the "Refuel" tab;
* Geolocate yourself and then select the distributor closest to you. Make sure
to check the payment method, since you can pay to refuel in two ways: either
with the Telepass Pay App or with the Telepass Device;
* Simply refuel and at the end you will find the transaction recorded directly
in your App.
HOW DOES FUEL PAYMENT THROUGH THE TELEPASS PAY APP WORK?
With the Telepass Pay App you can easily pay for refueling:
* if you are at a Q8 gas station: choose the amount to be paid directly on the
App and enter the 6-digit code that the App has generated on the payment
kiosk. Then choose the pump number and start refueling your car.
* If you are at an API IP - Tamoil - Esso or Retitalia gas station: choose the
amount to be paid and, once you have selected and unlocked the pump directly
from your App, you can start refueling your car.
You can view your refueling operations both on the Telepass Pay App and in the
Reserved Area.
