[RD-4761] - Firmware upgrade via GateManager will offer to reboot the
SiteManager before firmware upgrade if the firmware is 9.5 build 621256022.


BUGFIXES

[RD-4271] - Invalid server configuration settings would discard all current
changes.

[RD-4456] - SiteManager could reject GateManager connection, after connecting to
a fail-over GateManager.

[RD-4501] - Initial TLS certificate installation from License Portal did not
work.

[RD-4564] - Running GateManager installer with '-y' should stop on the first
error.

[RD-4620] - Editing "Files > Script" always showed the default file if it
existed.

[RD-4753] - Long email addresses (longer than 32 characters) would become
truncated in SMS to Email gateway scripts.
