INSTRUCTIONS FOR AGENTS

1. Search for TIGA policy on CCMS.

2. Verify policy is correct / ownership.

3. Click the 'create claim' link from within CCMS.

4. Complete gadget details within this site.

4. Purchase dummy policy in this system and note policy number.

4. Load up EVO claim and import dummy policy to create a claim.

IMPORTANT NOTES

This system is only for creating dummy policies for TIGA to enable a claim to be
created within EVO claim. No claim is to be created without a corresponding
valid TIGA policy being present.
