One of our goals is to keep the WWU Great Puzzle Hunt FREE so that EVERYONE can
participate. To do that, we depend on donations from those who can afford them.
If you are able, please consider making a small donation (suggested $5 students,
$10 nonstudents) and/or buying a shirt (our only fund raiser).

Registration is Open!

Registration ends April 18, 2024 (or earlier if capacity is reached).

* Registration is free and open to all, anywhere in the world. Donations are
gratefully accepted.
* Each person wanting to join a team must register themselves first.
* The event is hybrid: teams may play in-person or virtually.

Participants under age 18 who are not enrolled WWU students: A parent/legal
guardian must complete the registration form on behalf of their minor.


What is the Puzzle Hunt?

The Great Puzzle Hunt is a hybrid puzzle-solving adventure. Teams of up to 6
people work virtually from anywhere in the world or in-person, traveling on foot
to various locations on WWU campus, solving a total of four hour-long puzzles
gathering clues along the way to solve one final meta puzzle.

These are no ordinary puzzles though! It will take a diverse set of skills and
talents to solve them! Our mission is to celebrate everyone's talents and
demonstrate knowledge comes in many forms. Everything is timed using your phone,
QR codes, and this online system! So yes, you can win :)


WHO?

Everyone! However, each team with participant(s) under age 14 must include at
least one registered adult team member to accompany minor(s) at all times.
*Note: The puzzles are created for ages 14 and older.


WHAT?

Hands-on brain adventures involving paper-folding, logic, patterns, and a
variety of skill sets.

FOOD, SWAG, MUSIC, PRIZES!


WHEN?

Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 9:30 AM–4:30 PM (PT). Leaderboard posted and
prizes awarded at 5:00 PM (PT).

WHY?

Stretch your mental muscles, bond with your teammates, compete alongside people
