TYSON HILTON, CEO





Tyson Hilton, Founder and CEO of Revival Lending, sensed a calling to create a
mortgage company dedicated to helping people experience revival in their
finances and lives. For him, it’s not a tagline—it’s a mission. (Maybe even an
obsession.) His WHY is rooted in a desire to help people experience financial
freedom through homeownership and real estate investing, leaving a legacy that
transforms lives in the most positive ways. 

Tyson’s accomplished yet understated nature would prefer featuring his passion
for hiking and cooking, but here we feature his corporate and entrepreneurial
achievements. With over 25 years of leading in various executive and ownership
roles within mortgage and Fortune 100 tech organizations, Tyson brings
interdisciplinary skills necessary for seamless oversight across organizational
structures. Implementing a comprehensive vision, innovative growth strategies,
improved efficiencies, inspiring strong corporate cultures, and empowering the
genius of his leaders are his superpower. His ability to develop scalable
infrastructure, innovative solutions, and national expansion, ensures greater
market share for Revival Lending and best-of-class results for his clients in
any season. 

As a community and justice advocate, he served as chairman of Refuge for Women
OC, a national organization providing long-term care for human trafficking
survivors. He also served as chaplain for the Huntington Beach YMCA, serving the
community in tangible ways. 

Tyson earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Washington and Lee
University and a Masters's Degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Knox
Theological Seminary.

He describes himself as a 48-year-old follower of Jesus, husband of 23 years,
father to a 21-year-old daughter, and dedicated 49er fan. An urban dweller
turned occasional mountain man and thru-hiker of the 2,653 mile Pacific Crest
Trail in 2021.
