2N2222 DATASHEET

2N2222 is a typical NPN positive contactor transistor (BJT) used in general
purpose low power amplification or switching applications. Designed for low
current, low power and medium voltage, it can operate at moderate high speed. It
was originally made of a TO-18 metal can as shown in the picture.

2N2222 is considered a very common transistor and is used as an example of NPN
transistors. It is often used as a small signal transistor and remains a small
general-purpose transistor of sustained popularity.




LM317 DATASHEET

The LM317 is a widely used adjustable positive linear voltage regulator. LM337
is a negative supplement to LM317 which regulates voltages below the reference
level.

The LM317 datasheet specifies an adjustable three-terminal positive voltage
regulator capable of supplying more than 1.5 A over the output voltage range of
1.25 V to 37 V. Exceptionally easy to use and setting the output voltage
requires only two external resistors. Furthermore, both line and load
adjustments are better than standard fixed regulators.




VOLTAGE COMPARATOR

The LM111 series are voltage comparators that have input currents approximately
a hundred times lower than devices like the mA710. They are designed to operate
over a wider range of supply voltages; from standard ±15V op amp supplies down
to a single 3V supply.

Their output is compatible with RTL, DTL, and TTL as well as MOS circuits.
Further, they can drive lamps or relays, switching voltages up to 50V at
currents as high as 50mA.
