Jouw Dyson-garantie

We blijven voor onze apparaten zorgen, ook nadat ze zijn verkocht. We bieden
vijf jaar garantie op onderdelen van en arbeid aan onze sledestofzuigers, en
twee jaar op snoerloze apparaten, föhns, luchtreinigers, ventilatoren en
verwarmingsventilatoren.

Als je iets koopt via de Dyson webshop, kun je ervoor kiezen om jouw garantie
automatisch te registreren, zodat je verder geen formulieren meer hoeft in te
vullen. 


GRATIS BEZORGING* EN RETOUR

Mogelijke bezorgingstijden


 * Bestellingen die op werkdagen voor 14.00 uur zijn geplaatst, zijn de volgende
   dag in huis.
 * Bestellingen die op vrijdag na 14.00 uur of in het weekend worden geplaatst,
   komen de volgende dinsdag aan.

Gratis bezorging en retour*
*Bestellingen vanaf €25 worden gratis geleverd. Is het totaalbedrag lager, dan
zijn de verzendkosten €6. Blijkt de machine toch niet geschikt te zijn dan kun
je de machine binnen 30 dagen kosteloos retouneren.

Let op: Als je meer dan één artikel hebt besteld of een extra accessoire bij
jouw bestelling ontvangt, kan het zijn dat de producten in
afzonderlijke pakketen en op verschillende momenten worden geleverd.

 


30 DAGEN BEDENKTIJD

Niet tevreden, geld terug.

Bevalt het product niet, dan heb je 30 dagen de tijd om het product te
retourneren.

Hoe kan ik het product retourneren?

Om de producten te retourneren, zul je ons na ontvangst van alle artikelen, de
producten binnen 30 dagen met het bijgeleverde retourformulier en retourlabel
terugsturen. 

In hoeverre mag ik het product testen om te besluiten of ik tevreden ben of dat
ik het product wil retourneren?

Wanneer je een artikel koopt via de Dyson webshop, mag je het product thuis
testen, zodat je de kenmerken en werking ervan kunt beoordelen. Bijvoorbeeld in
het geval van een stofzuiger: je mag de stofzuiger inschakelen en testen op een
deel van je huis om te zien of de zuigkracht voldoende is.

Als je echter besluit de machine in gebruik te nemen en je hele huis hiermee een
paar dagen lang volledig schoon te maken, wordt dit niet langer als een test
beschouwd. Als je na dergelijk gebruik toch besluit het product te retourneren
binnen de bedenktijd van 30 dagen, kan Dyson een vergoeding vragen voor de
waardevermindering van het product veroorzaakt door jouw extensieve gebruik dat
redelijkerwijs niet nodig was om het product te kunnen beoordelen. 


BESTE PRIJSGARANTIE

Dyson Prijsgarantie

Onze prijzen worden dagelijks gecontroleerd en gematcht. Je kunt erop vertrouwen
dat Dyson.nl de beste prijs aanbiedt.
Als je binnen 7 dagen na aankoop hetzelfde model vindt dat door Coolblue, 
Krefel, Media Markt of HiFi voor een lagere prijs is geadverteerd, betalen we
het verschil terug. Neem dan contact op met onze klantenservice op 0800-39208. 

 * Het product moet exact hetzelfde model zijn als op Dyson.be en op voorraad
   zijn bij één van de in aanmerking komende retailers.
   
   
 * Bewijs van de geadverteerde prijs door een gekwalificeerde Nederlandse
   retailer is vereist.
   
   
 * De volgende retailers komen in aanmerking: Media Markt, Krefel, Coolblue of
   HiFi.
   
   
 * De prijsgarantie is niet van toepassing als jouw aankoop deel uitmaakt van
   een set dat ook afzonderlijk tegen de volledige prijs kan worden gekocht.
   
   
 * Restituties worden binnen 10 werkdagen verwerkt door onze klantenservice.
   
   
 * Het geadverteerde product moet nieuw zijn en in de originele verpakking.
   Belofte is niet van toepassing als het product is gereviseerd, opgeknapt,
   gebruikt, beschadigd, geretourneerd, in een open doos of een
   demonstratieproduct.
   
   
 * Dyson prijsgarantie is niet geldig op handdrogers, onderdelen en accessoires.
