An update to the online U.S. Uber for Business general terms

You are receiving this communication because you are an administrator for an
Uber for Business account. We recently updated our online Uber for Business
General Terms and Conditions. The latest version is available here.

 

Among other changes, we have revised the General Terms and Conditions to:

 * reference and incorporate a product addendum related to Uber Gift Cards; and
 * clarify that your Company should not use certain Uber for Business products
   (other than Uber Health) for activities governed by HIPAA.

 

Unless your company has an applicable executed agreement with Uber that fully
governs your use of Uber for Business products, the updated online terms will
govern your company’s relationship with Uber and/or use of Uber for Business
products as of the date listed at the top of the terms. If you have any
questions, you can reach out to Uber for Business support or your account
manager, if applicable.
