INTERDICIPLINARY LEARNING

Our vision is to foster more team players with computational thinking, a broader
system design view, and a solid technical leadership.

Initiative



COURSES

   Playlab aims to establish a brand-new curriculum for interdiciplinary
learning in the field of high-performance computing. The curriculum is designed
to emphasize project-based learning and hands-on learning. AI Computing
Architecture Lab (ACAL) is an open-community lab founded by Dr. Wei-Fen Lin.
Members in ACAL work with researchers from academia and industry to conduct open
research that layout the foundations of the ACAL 2024 curriculum. Students are
trained toward equipping the skill sets to conduct research and development of a
high-performance computing system. The BlackBear project is developed in
parallel with the curriculum.

We call for participants who are interested in the following areas.

 * Developing curriculum

 * Joining the BlackBear Project by collaborating with the open research
   community

 * Developing and using ACALSim for your own research topics
