It looks like it was always part of my boat. I have been extremely happy with the work. Paul is easy to work with, provides outstanding craftsmanship, and delivers the final product on time and as agreed. My wife and I can confidently recommend Paul and Northwest Marine Fiberglass for any of your custom fabrication needs.... they get an A+." PETER MCGONAGLE & KIRSTEN WOLFF 1991 PERRY 51' STEEL SLOOP "CHARLOTTE" 1989 SWAN 36 "GOSLING" After finishing a two-year cruise on our twenty-year-old steel 51' Robert Perry-designed sailboat, it was time for a paint job. It was an easy decision to truck CHARLOTTE from Texas to Seattle and have Paul Ziegler and the crew at Northwest Marine Fiberglass do this big job. We were very pleased with the work they did in 2002: a cosmetic refit of our last boat, a 1989 Swan 36, including sanding teak decks, buffing and waxing the hull, bottom paint, and painting winch and steering pedestals. When CHARLOTTE arrived at Canal Boatyard in July of 2009, we stripped the decks and spars of all hardware. Northwest Marine Fiberglass prepared and painted the deck, hull, bottom, mast, and boom. When completed and launched, CHARLOTTE looked like a new boat. When our ownership plans changed in January 2010, we displayed CHARLOTTE at the Lake Union Boat Show, where she immediately sold...... Thanks to Northwest Marine Fiberglass for their quality work! CHUCK STEWARD Northwest Marine Fiberglass has done several projects on our 44-foot sailboat ALERT in the last few years. Among them were fiberglass work for the installation of a bow thruster, bottom work including full removal of old paint and adding a new barrier coat, cabin top refinishing in Awlgrip, including a new non-skid pattern, and several other items. All have been outstanding quality, and Paul has been a pleasure to work with. I have recommended him to other boat owners. STACEY HOOPES Paul and his team do excellent work for a reasonable price. We've used Northwest Marine Fiberglass for years and have been very happy with the results. We were especially impressed with how our storage box turned out - it was exactly what we had requested, and the color match was perfect! We would definitely recommend Northwest Marine Fiberglass to other boaters. JIM WHITE "Paul and his crew did a terrific job building my hardtop. It looks like it was always part of my boat.
