Passengers who do not have a Web Check-in Boarding Pass are required to download
their e-tickets/itinerary (with barcode) from the website prior to arriving at
the airport. As per guidelines issued by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security
(BCAS)
Passengers holding passport with either first name or surname mentioned, cannot
travel to/from the UAE. Both first name and surname need to be specified on the
passport.
For passengers availing online check-in for international flights, their
boarding pass will be issued at the airport check-in counters post documentation
check.
Hand/ Cabin Bag: Max 7 kg (incl. duty free shopping) with the dimensions of 115
cm. & 1 additional Laptop bag is allowed.

Forces of India and war widows only. Serving and retired personnel of the Armed
or Paramilitary Forces of India, along with their respective spouses and
dependent children are also eligible to avail this offer. Proof in the form of
Valid Photo ID and relevant Military ID has to be presented at the time of

Applicable to senior citizens above the age of 60 years. On producing proof of
Date of Birth (mandatory), senior citizens are eligible for a discount of 8% on
base fare. In case of failure to produce proof, prevailing fares will be
charged.

nominal fee. 4 pre-filled copies of 'Unaccompanied Minor' form (refer Terms &
Conditions on flygofirst.com) is mandatory to be submitted during airport
check-in.

1. As a safety precaution, we would like to inform all customers that LEH is
situated at an altitude of approximately 11500 ft. above Mean Sea Level
which can lead to inherent medical concerns attributed to high altitude
sickness and acute mountain sickness.
2. It is highly recommended that you take complete rest and avoid exertion for
the first 24 to 48 hrs after arrival in order to acclimatise yourself.
3. If you develop symptoms of headache, coughing, breathlessness and confusion
or loss of coordination, you are advised to report to the nearest hospital,
medical centre or an Indian Army sponsored medical aid post located even
along very remote routes.
4. It is important to remain hydrated and carry small bites and warm clothes
when on the move and also use your sunglasses during the day.
