PURPOSE FOR CAPITAL AND FOR LIFE

Rothschild Capital Partners is an investment advisory, engagement, and wealth
planning firm purpose-built for navigating the transformation of the global
economy.

UNDERSTAND THE INNOVATION. INVEST IN THE IMPACT.®

The global economy is undergoing unprecedented change. Moreover, innovation is
accelerating, driving risks and opportunities that are reshaping all
organizations. For over 20 years, we have used an innovation lens to navigate
these changes while investing in alignment with our clients and partners.

Rothschild Capital Partners has always been a hands-on investment firm: engaging
with a variety of organizations and individuals to better understand the impact
of innovation. We look at innovation and anticipate its impact across multiple
industries before investing. From the rise of AI and machine learning to
accelerating global connectivity, we look for potential opportunities and
disruptions across all industries.

The application of innovation enables more efficient use of resources and new
business models and creates long-term investment opportunity. Our investment
philosophy and approach are designed from the ground up to help clients benefit
from the compounding second and third-order impacts of major innovations across
all sectors.

OUR SERVICES

Rothschild Capital Partners is focused on creating and protecting your wealth
for the long term. Along with our core investment management and advisory
capabilities, Rothschild Capital Partners offers wealth and engagement planning.

BESPOKE WEALTH PLANNING

Through planning, engagement, and investment, we help develop a plan that
engages you and your family to build purpose for your capital and your life.

COLLABORATIVE ENGAGEMENT PLANNING

We work with our clients and partners to articulate, catalyze, and/or amplify
their purpose. As an extension of our wealth planning, we use an iterative
process to develop a deeper understanding of you and your background,
experiences, and interests. We are excited to learn from you, as much as we hope
you can learn from us.

PEER-DRIVEN INVESTMENT ADVISORY

We have always invested our own money alongside our clients, and this alignment
of interests is central to how we think about deploying capital. We look at the
landscape of our clients’ lives as aligned peers instead of primarily as
financial agents.

INTERCONNECTEDNESS IS EVERYTHING.

By developing a plan that engages you and your family to build purpose for your
capital and your life, we understand your investment needs better.

Our investment perspective provides an understanding of economic cycles and the
impact of innovation, which informs how you should plan for the future.

Our planning process facilitates engagement that connects you to our community
while enhancing, inspiring, and amplifying your purpose.

Engagement inspires, catalyzes, and amplifies purpose. Our understanding of your
purpose adds a new dimension to your financial and family plan.

Purpose-driven engagement provides crucial social, political, cultural, and
economic context to the forces transforming the global economy.

Business discipline transforms purpose-driven endeavors. Cross-domain investment
perspective catalyzes the ideation of new business models and opportunity.

A LEGACY OF SUCCESS AND INNOVATION

After starting his career running a systems integration firm and then working
seven years as a Wall Street analyst covering enterprise software and
communications infrastructure companies, David Rothschild founded Rothschild
Capital Partners and launched a technology fund in 1997. The first fund
portfolio included a mix of public equities and venture investments leveraging a
long-term innovation lens — framed by a thesis that capital markets investors
often overreact to short-term news and underestimate the impact of disruptive
innovation.

In 2001, Rothschild Capital Partners broadened its offerings and took on
investment and operations responsibility for Rothschild Capital Management, the
successor to The Rothschild Company, which had managed client assets since 1972.
