Be You is the national mental health and wellbeing initiative for learning communities in Australia. Our free, evidence-informed tools and resources can be used in your everyday practice. They are designed to fit within your early learning service’s or school’s existing framework. Delivered by Beyond Blue in collaboration with Early Childhood Australia and headspace, Be You's goal is to empower and support educators to promote mental health and wellbeing for every child and young person in Australia.
