Super satisfied!
The suites are so comfortable, clean, and spacious with a high end touch. I
enjoyed the balcony. Everything functioned perfectly, air conditioning, TV, etc.
I was able to bring my own food and utilize the large refrigerator and
microwave. The staff here is the best, friendly and helpful. This company knows
how to do things right!

Hotel's Favorite

Perfect stay for weary travelers!
Breakfast was excellent — check-in was easy — hotel is wonderful. Shuttle from
the airport was fast and courteous. Our driver gave us information about Las
Vegas while we were traveling the reception. Desk was very kind kept our luggage
for us and arranged for early check-in. She gave us access to the pool and
Jacuzzi while we were waiting for a room.

5 stars Staybridge Las Vegas - thank you!
OK I’m a IHG guest for both business and leisure, but Staybridge Las Vegas is
way up on my leaderboard. We had a family holiday (5 double rooms for the week)
and the service provided and location was spot on. Upon arriving Phil at the
front desk made sure we were all checked in as quickly as possible and was the
anchor for our stay. He recommended places to go and places to eat and came up
trumps each time “thank you Phil”. We wanted a hotel off the strip and with the
complimentary shuttle bus to New York New York gave us a quick and courteous
lift each time. Breakfast was plenty and we all loved the waffle machines.
Family BBQ at the Staybridge was a great feature - large BBQ for cooking a
feast. Would we stay again, you bet. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Shoddy management and no regard for guests’ time
Booked a month in advance, then got to check in to be informed that, surprise,
they had no room for me. Front desk agent was useless. I booked here
specifically to be close to the stadium, so while they offered to send me to
another hotel, that wasn’t sufficient. I wish I had been informed ahead of time
so I wouldn’t have wasted my time trying to check into a hotel that had no
intention of honoring my reservation. I’ll be watching for my refund and will
not be wasting another ounce of my energy here.

Everything I Wanted
This was the best overall hotel experience that I have had with children. The
suite size is great. This location used to be a time share. It has a full
kitchen with full size stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge. There are place settings
for 4 and cooking supplies. The unit has a stacked washer and dryer in a closet
(I hear they will be removed soon. Hopefully they will make it into a closet
which is sorely needed. The current closet is very, very, very small.) The
window curtains are heavy blockout fabric that keeps the intense sunlight and
heat at bay. Bathroom has two sinks. The tub is big enough for an above average
size person. The curtain rod is the arc type that allows one to shower without
ever touching the curtain. The curtain is a heavy cloth rather than the plastic
type. I have to review the staff before I run out of room. Luis drove the van
among other things. He was our first welcome into the city. He is a wealth of
knowledge, kind, professional, and patient. The manager has the hotel running
seamlessly in spite of all the demands, expectations, and hectic activity. She
has put in place a staff of highly competent, helpful, and kind professionals
from front desk to housekeeping. Natalie at the front gets a shout out for
impressing my husband!!!! She was also always helpful and pleasant even though
she worked day and night shifts! When you go, be kind to the staff. They are
wonderful people working for your good as well as all the other guests. The
breakfast is always good. They even had apple pineapple muffins! I didn’t go to
the pool but it is pretty. All areas are very clean and well maintained. I
didn’t use fitness room but heard good things. Oh! The walls of the rooms are
solid!!! I never heard another guest through the walls. My brother’s family was
upstairs. I didn’t hear them. Even more surprising, no one heard my loud
family!!! We are loud…..very loud. I could go on but you likely have stopped
reading. …

I highly recommend this property if looking for a quiet, clean,, family friendly
and spacious place.
Outstanding service! The layout was great throughout. Very spacious, clean and
comfortable . Exceeded my expectations. Enjoyed the breakfast and shuttle
service. I highly recommend this property. This Staybridge Suites will be out go
to place when visiting family.

Thankful!
There is a thousand words to be said about a place that can provide you comfort
and a high quality of life in your time away from home. From the moment I walked
into the lobby to the last second of my late check out, the staff made me feel
not only welcome, but at home. Being someone who travels twice a month for week

was not your typical Las Vegas hotel stay. This suite has a full kitchen, living
area, dinning area, all separate of the bedroom and bathroom, as well as a large
patio that oversaw the pool and hot tub. The hotel also has a large fitness
center that oversees the Las Vegas Strip, business center, and breakfast foyer
(where breakfast is free and was on time every day of my stay). I have not felt
this comfortable away from home in years of business travels, so I suppose you

Excellent stay at the Staybridge Suites Las Vegas.
Excellent stay!!! We stayed as part of the MTFCA Annual Meeting. The hotel is
conveniently located near the airport on the South end of the Strip and is
directly across the street from Raiders Stadium. The rooms are spacious and very
clean. We had a good nights sleep as the rooms are quiet and are far enough away
from the Strip’s hustle and bustle. Special thanks to Silvia in the breakfast
area. We had an Excellent breakfast and Silvia was attentive to our needs. All
in all, a very pleasant stay!

Great stay, be advised of traffic closures if there is an event at Allegiant
Center
Great stay, huge room, quiet, fast checkin. Very pleasant shuttle driver took us
to the strip in the morning. The only minor negative was that parking was not
easy - we had to park pretty far away at another hotel and got the very last
space. But it worked out. Be advised: This hotel is very near the Allegiant
Center. Taylor Swift was playing as we arrived and the roads were closed for
traffic control, so we had to take a detour to get into the hotel. It was dark
and our GPS wasn’t working in our rental car, so have a good map with you if you
may be arriving under similar circumstances. This isn’t the hotels fault, just
something to be aware of. Overall an excellent stay.

Confirm nightly rates
Stay for 3/11-3/16, I approached front desk staff on morning of March 14th to
see if my room was available another night, front desk staff said yes so I asked
to extend stay an additional night. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was
the shuttle to and from the airport as well as to the strip. Well there was no
shuttle driver half of my stay and there was no rotation in breakfast options. I
check out on the 17th and saw my nightly rate was 3x as previous nights, had I
been told the nightly rate would be greatly increased, I would have not extended
my stay an additional day. I asked the general manager what the process is in
conveying an increase in nightly rate only to never be told there is one. I
contacted IHG as it's an IHG property with no avail. I have had zero problems in
all my years a Hilton honors member, live and learn!…
