Earth Garden is held on the first weekend of June each year at the sunny island of Malta’s only National Park, Picnic Area, Ta Qali. Terms and Conditions * You acknowledge that ShowsHappening is a booking platform and is not authorised to issue refunds unless instructed to do so by the Organiser. * You acknowledge that ShowsHappening simply provides a payment method service where payment is collected on behalf of the Organiser as duly authorised, however your contractual relationship other than for the booking fee and the service we offer shall be with the Organiser. By completing a purchase, you are confirming you understand that any changes, refunds and cancellation of the event shall be at the sole discretion of the organiser and you shall hold ShowsHappening harmless at all times for any change which is not directly attributable to them. * By completed a purchase, you are confirming that you have read any specific terms and conditions which the Organiser has issued with regard to this event. This shall include but is not limited to any refund, cancellation, name change or privacy policy. * Showshappening shall not refund the booking fee for any reason including but not limited to a change or cancellation of the event. Showshappening shall issue a refund only if it fails to provide you with the service of obtaining a ticket for the event in a satisfactory manner. This information is collected and used in accordance with ShowsHappening's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions. * The Organiser reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming. * The Organiser may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice. * The Organiser /Venue may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control. * In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, ShowsHappening cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event. * It is your responsibility to check your tickets. * Anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult. * Anyone under the age of 14 can enter the festival free of charge. GNERAL CAMPING CONDITIONS * This ticket will allow access to 1 person to the campsite and the rest of the festival for 3 days from 2pm of Friday 2nd June until 9am Monday 5th June 2023. * Camping tickets are not transferable. * The size of your tent must reflect the number of tickets purchased. * Camping tickets are exchanged for non transferable wrist band which must be worn at all times. * Open fires are not permitted - no gas cookers, not even candles ! * In your camp area there will be a designated camping Marshall who will be available for any questions you have, or to help you with other needs. * The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury or damages sustained entering or on the site. * By attending the Earth Garden Festival 2023 you consent to the use of your image captured by the use of any recorded video or photographic images for promotional purposes and documentation. ENVIORNMENTAL CAMPING POLICY * “Leave No Trace” Clean your campsite and use the right bins. * Minimise your packaging, no disposables please. * Recycle your resources, plastics metal and compost ! * Say YES to the ‘onecup’ for your drinks. * No butts, use the bins! Pocket butt bins available. * “Bring Your Own Container” for food vendors for ultimate greening. * Bring large water containers less resources, more hydration, Metal yes, glass no. * Use biodegradable cleaning products. * Bring recycling and black bags. We can also provide. * Pick up anything not in a bin, remind littered we are in this together. * Join the community in a clean ups to make Earth Garden Greener. * Educate yourself and inspire others, show everyone you are IN ! WHAT ARE BOOKING FEES? Booking Fees (BF) are added to each ticket bought online and include VAT, your receipt is also sent to you seperately. Without these booking fees, we would not be able to provide you with this ticketing service. Included in the booking fees are server maintenance, customer service, account and audit costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing ShowsHappening; a Maltese registered Ltd. company (C60339). The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances, even if the promoter cancels the event and asks us to return your ticket money. Our aim is to make online ticketing in Malta as easy and hassle free as possible for both ticket buyers and event organisers.
