**Quality of service (QoS): Optimum Mobile leverages T-Mobile 4G LTE and 5G
networks to deliver nationwide network coverage. After reaching 1 GB or 3 GB
data cap, data is reduced to 2G (128 Kbps) speeds for remainder of bill cycle.
Additional data purchases available once 1 GB/3 GB data cap is reached. After
reaching 20 GB (for Unlimited data plans) or 50 GB (for Unlimited Max data
plans) data is reduced to 3G (512 Kbps) speeds for remainder of bill cycle.
Subject to this QoS policy, tethering at 600 Kbps and video streaming at SD
quality (about 480p), for by the Gig plans, and after 5 GB of tethered data
usage for Unlimited Data plan. For Unlimited Max plan, speeds will be reduced to
3G (512 Kbps) after 15 GB of tethered data usage in a month for the remainder of
the billing period, and streaming video will be at HD quality (720p). Domestic
off-net (roaming) at 2G speeds. See our Broadband Disclosure for additional
performance and network management details.
*1 GB, 3 GB, Unlimited & Unlimited Max plan details: AutoPay required. New
Optimum Mobile lines only, cannot be applied to existing lines of service. Other
monthly charges apply per line, including $20 activation fee, and may include
roaming charges, taxes, government fees and other Optimum Mobile fees and
surcharges (including USF fee). Pricing, offer and terms subject to change at
any time. Data options may be switched at any time during bill cycle. Downgrade
limited to 1x per bill cycle and effective with following bill cycle. Upgrades
