A 6-year-old boy critically injured by a callous hit-and-run scooter rider
finally opened his eyes a day after the East Harlem crash — despite hemorrhaging
and two fractures to his skull, his worried family said Monday

Little Henry Diaz, 6, showed some improvement the day after a reckless scooter
rider plowed into him inside Thomas Jefferson Park near E. 111th St. and First
Ave. about 6:30 p.m. Sun ...
