HEEN & WEER

De heilige gronden van Graspop Metal Meeting liggen op de Stenehei in Dessel
(België). De beste manier om er te geraken, is met de fiets of met het openbaar
vervoer. Vanaf woensdag zullen een aantal straten rond het festivalterrein
verkeersvrij zijn. Alleen voetgangers, fietsers en voertuigen met het nodige
doorlaatbewijs mogen dan nog doorrijden.

MET DE FIETS

Naar GMM zonder file? Haal je stalen ros van stal en kom met de fiets! Parkeren
kan gratis vlakbij de hoofdinkom van het festival op onze bemande
fietsenstallingen. 
Gemakkelijk, groen, gezond … en je krijgt er nog een Green Coin bovenop! Let op:
wildgeparkeerde fietsen worden naar de fietsenstalling gebracht. Het is niet
mogelijk om je elektrische fiets op te laden op de fietsenstallingen. Navigeer
hier naar de fietsenstalling.


PARK & BIKE

Woon je iets verder en wil je toch de file vermijden? Kies dan voor Park & Bike.
Neem je fiets mee in/op de wagen en parkeer op één van de gratis parkings op
afstand. Fiets verder via een aangename route en stal je tweewieler in de
bemande fietsenstalling vlakbij de hoofdingan. Navigeer hier naar de
fietsenstalling.

MET DE TREIN

Kom je met de trein? Goed plan! NMBS zet namelijk extra capaciteit in tijdens
het festival. Het dichtstbijzijnde station is Mol. Daar staan onze gratis
pendelbussen klaar om je naar de festivalweide te vervoeren. Opgepast: Je
festivalticket zelf is niet geldig als treinticket.

EVENT TRAIN TICKET: H/T TEGEN HALVE PRIJS

Ga naar nmbs.be/graspop en koop je Event Train Ticket met de NMBS-code op je
festivalticket. Het treinticket is geldig voor 1 heen- en 1 terugreis in 2de
klas tegen halve prijs van eender welk Belgisch station naar station MOL. Logeer
je in Devil's Lake, neem dan de trein tot station LOMMEL.

Je kan de datum van de heen- en terugreis kiezen binnen de periode van woensdag
19 tot en met maandag 24 juni 2024. Vertrek- en aankomsttijden van alle treinen
kan je raadplegen op nmbs.be of in de NMBS-app.

Vertrek je vanuit het station Brussels Airport - Zaventem, dan moet je nog 2
Biljetten Diabolotoeslag kopen: 1 voor je heen- en 1 voor je terugreis.
Festivalbezoekers uit het buitenland kunnen hun Event Train Ticket combineren
met een vervoerbewijs dat geldig is tot de Belgische grens. Van daar is het
Event Train Ticket geldig naar het station Mol of Lommel.

MET DE THALYS OF EUROSTAR

Reis je met de Thalys of Eurostar naar het festival, stap dan af in
Antwerpen-Centraal of Brussel-Zuid. Van daaruit kan je verder doorreizen naar
het station van Mol of Lommel met het Event Train Ticket. Opgelet: Het Event
Train Ticket is niet geldig in de Thalys of Eurostar.

Kom je met de trein? Aan Mol station krijg je een Green Coin!


MET DE BUS


GRATIS PENDELBUSSEN

Tijdens het festival rijden verschillende gratis pendelbussen van en naar de
festivalwei, vanaf de halte aan het station van Mol. 

 * Woensdag: 13.30 – 22.30 uur
 * Donderdag: 7.30 – 02.30 uur
 * VRIJ/ZA/ZO: 8 – 02.30 uur
 * Maandag: 7.30 – 13.00 uur


BETALENDE SHUTTLES

AIRPORT SHUTTLE  

De Airport shuttles brengen je van de luchthavens Brussels Airport, Charleroi
Airport en Eindhoven Airport naar het festival. Nieuw dit jaar is de shuttle van
Eindhoven Centraal. Deze shuttle brengt je vanaf het treinstation rechtstreeks
naar de festivalweide. Zondagavond en maandag na het festival kan je meteen een
shuttle terug nemen richting de luchthavens. Hiervoor dien je een apart ticket
te boeken.

FESTIVAL SHUTTLES – TICKETS HEEN EN TERUG 

De Festival shuttles pikken je op maar liefst 19 locaties op verspreid over
België. Deze shuttletickets zorgen er voor dat je om 11u30 reeds aan het rocken
bent op GMM en brengen je na afloop om 02u00 terug naar huis. Ticketprijzen
(heen en terug) starten al vanaf  €31,- . Laat je dus zorgeloos rijden naar GMM.

LEG JE ZELF EEN BUS IN?

Meld dit HIER vooraf aan. We sturen je een specifieke aanrijroute naar een
aparte parkeerzone voor touringcars vlakbij de inkom van de festivalwei.

Ook als je met een Airport of Festival Shuttle naar het festival komt, krijg je
aan de busparking een Green Coin.


MET DE AUTO/MOTO

Kom je met de auto of moto, schakel dan zeker je gps uit zodra je de
signalisatieborden FESTIVAL ziet. Afhankelijk van de richting waaruit je komt,
loodsen we je naar de best en snelst bereikbare GMM-parking. Graspop Metal
Meeting is makkelijk te bereiken via de snelwegen E34 en E313.


KISS & RIDE

De Kiss & Ride wordt dit jaar georganiseerd aan Mol Station, van daaruit rijden
gratis pendelbussen naar het festivalterrein.

Vermijd de festivalfiles en laat je afzetten of weer oppikken. Navigeer hier via
Google Maps of Waze.


TAXI

Laat je afzetten of ophalen op de officiële taxistandplaats in de Europalaan.
Deze bevindt zich ter hoogte van de busparking. Om wachttijden te vermijden,
boekt u best op voorhand uw taxi. Navigeer hier naar de officiële
taxistandplaats.


PARKEREN

Alle parkings van GMM zijn betalend en liggen op wandelafstand van het festival.
Er is geen aparte parking voor moto’s of scooters. Parkeren naast je tent op
camping Boneyard is niet toegelaten, ook niet met de moto. Parkeer je langs de
weg, dan riskeer je om weggesleept te worden. Overnachten op de parking is niet
toegestaan. Kamperen kan gratis op camping Boneyard. Mobilhomes kunnen op een
staanplaats op Metal Town staan. Op geen enkele parking is de mogelijkheid
voorzien om een elektrische wagen op te laden. Tot slot, laat geen waardevolle
spullen achter in je auto.

Heb je een VIP-ticket, een ticket voor een staanplaats op Camping Metal Town of
een ticket voor een accommodatie op Camping Inferno? Dan heb je reeds de kans
gekregen om een parkingticket te bestellen bij de aankoop van je tickets.

Kostprijs parking:

 * Voorverkoop online vanaf 27/05/2024: € 15 per auto.
 * Ter plaatse (enkel bank- en kredietkaart, cash wordt NIET aanvaard): € 20 per
   auto
 * Opgelet: verlaat je de parking dan betaal je opnieuw bij het oprijden

Openingsuren parkings:

 * Woensdag 14 uur gaan enkel de parkings open voor Combi tickets. 
 * Alle andere dagen zijn de parkings open vanaf 8 uur.

PARKING INFERNO

Deze parking is enkel toegankelijk met een geldig Inferno parkingticket voor
mensen die een accommodatie op Inferno geboekt hebben.

Openingsuren Parking Inferno:

 * Op woensdag 15 uur enkel voor Inferno-kampeerders met een combi ticket
 * Alle andere dagen zijn de parkings open vanaf 8 uur.

PARKING INTER (PERSONEN MET EEN HANDICAP)

Personen met een handicap parkeren op een voorbehouden stuk van Parking Inferno,
de parking die het dichtst bij de hoofdingang ligt. Toegang tot deze parking
vraag je vooraf aan via het aanvraagformulier. Het aantal parkeerplaatsen is
beperkt, dus dien zeker op tijd je aanvraag in. Dit jaar zijn alle
parkeerplaatsen betalend, ook die voor personen met een handicap. We laten na
aanvraag weten hoe die tickets aangekocht kunnen worden. Vrijwilligers van Inter
zullen je op deze parking verwelkomen en indien nodig begeleiden naar de ingang
van het festival of de Inter-camping.

VIP PARKING

Je vraagt je VIP-parkingticket aan bij de aankoop van je VIP-festivalticket.

VIP-parking tickets zijn geldig op alle parkings.

Heb je een VIP-festivalticket en slaap je op Camping Boneyard? Parkeer dan NIET
op de VIP-parking maar op een van de reguliere parkings. De reguliere parkings
zijn dichter gelegen bij Camping Boneyard.

Heb je een VIP-festivalticket en slaap je op Camping Inferno of Metal Town?
Parkeer dan NIET op de VIP-parking maar op de Inferno- of Metal Town-parking.

Openingsuren VIP-Parking:

 * Op woensdag gesloten!
 * Alle andere dagen is de parking open vanaf 10 uur.


MET HET VLIEGTUIG

Heel wat luchthavens in België en Nederland liggen op een redelijke afstand van
Dessel:

 * Brussels Airport - Zaventem (BRU), op 95 km 
 * Brussels South Airport – Charleroi (CRL), op 160 km 
 * Eindhoven Airport (EIN), op 45 km 
 * Amsterdam Airport – Schiphol (AMS), op 160 km

Vanuit de Belgische luchthavens kan je de trein naar het station van Mol nemen,
waar gratis pendelbussen je naar het festival brengen. In Brussels Airport (BRU)
bevindt het treinstation zich op niveau -1 van de luchthaventerminal. In
Brussels South Airport (CRL) neem je eerst buslijn A naar het station
Charleroi-Sud. Alle info over de dienstregeling en online verkoop van de

METALTRIP specialises in rock concert and festival travel packages around
Europe. They offer packages with direct flights and airport transfer from Madrid
and Barcelona to GMM.

FAQ

Kan ik met mijn festivalticket gratis de trein nemen?

Nee. Ga naar nmbs.be/graspop en koop je Treinticket Graspop Metal Meeting met
de NMBS-code op je festivalticket. Dit treinticket is alleen online te koop en
is geldig voor 1 heen- en 1 terugreis in 2de klas tegen halve prijs van eender
welk Belgisch station naar station MOL. Logeer je in Devil's Lake, neem dan de
trein tot station LOMMEL.

Welk treinstation ligt het dichtst bij Graspop Metal Meeting?

Kom je met de trein, dan reis je best naar het station van Mol, op zo’n 8 km van
het festival.

Worden er nachttreinen ingelegd voor GMM?

Nee. De laatste trein in Mol vertrekt rond 22 uur. Check de routeplanner van de
NMBS om je treinreis heen en terug te plannen.  

Hoe geraak ik van het station in Mol naar het festival?

Aan het station van Mol staan gratis pendelbussen klaar om je naar het festival
te brengen. Let op: deze bussen rijden niet de klok rond.

Rijden er pendelbussen naar hotels in de buurt van het festival?

Waar is de Kiss & Ride van Graspop Metal Meeting?

Laat je afzetten op de KISS & RIDE aan Mol-Station. Van daaruit rijden
pendelbussen tot aan het festival.

Mag ik in mijn wagen blijven slapen op de parking?

Nee. Om veiligheidsredenen mag er niet overnacht worden op de GMM-parkings.

Mag ik tijdens het festival van de parking afrijden?

Zeker. Hou er wel rekening mee dat je bij terugkeer misschien verder weg van het
festival moet parkeren en opnieuw moet betalen om de parking op te rijden.

Is er een aparte parking voor moto’s of scooters?

Nee. Moto’s en scooters parkeren op de GMM-parkings tussen de auto’s.

Kan ik mijn elektrische wagen opladen op de GMM-parkings?

Nee, deze mogelijkheid wordt niet voorzien.
