issuer, and a smart contract manages liquidity and adjusts price based on market
demand in accordance with a quadratic bonding curve.


THE PANDA COIN (PANDA)

PANDA is a utility coin with multifaceted applications within the PandaSea
ecosystem.
You need PANDA to buy PandaKeys. PANDA is also required to be staked by brands
who wish to access our audience. PANDA is the gas token of the PANDA Chain.
PANDA also measures the socio-economic value of the PandaSea platform and can be
used as a currency and as a secure store of value.

$PANDA

PANDA (Phoenix Gold Coin) is the adopted token of the Phoenix Network which
serves as a tool for voting, paying transaction fees and buying things with our
network of participating stores and merchants. The only way these tokens come
into existence is when you 'melt' your gold Cypher in exchange for tokens. There
is a limited supply of 21 million.

HOW TO GET $PANDA

$PANDA has a total maximum supply of 1 billion.
100 million PANDA are held by PandaSea, 400 million are in the rewards pool and
the other 500 million are available to be mined from a smart contract where they
are locked.

This distribution model ensures that the circulating supply of PANDA grows as
platform usage grows and that distribution of this asset will be highly
decentralized.





THE GREEN POWER APP

The Green Power App (GPA) enables each local community to have their own social
network and commerce system. A digital asset wallet is automatically enable easy
onboarding of people new to Web3. Play to earn games and Cypher green mining are
also included within the app.

PGN enables you to use your Cypher to pay for goods and services at

match the amount owed). This Pay system brings new liquidity options to your
gold holding, brining gold back into daily life as a currency.

Our technology platform makes it easy for non-crypto people to hold and use
digital assets and Cyphers and to use them to vote, to buy things and to redeem
their Cyphers for physical gold at shops.


PGN DAO CAPABILITIES

A custom set of DAO smart contracts and voting and management interfaces allow
stake holders in the Phoenix Gold Network to approve new Phoenix Nodes and help
guide the powerful network into the future.


CYPHER BASED GOLD MARKETPLACE

The Phoenix Network has built in Cypher buy/sell capabilities to increase
liquidity on the Cypher holders' assets while employing all the protection of
smart contracts on the buy/sell process.
