THE POWER OF THREE-TENTHS OF ONE PERCENT OF SEVENTY-FOUR MILLION



What every conservative — including YOU — needs to do ASAP:  Become a voting
member of our Party.  Why? Because we must elect state legislators who will pass
election reform laws requiring all counties to stop using any kind of imaging
machines for counting votes &, instead, return us to the “gold standard“ of
counting votes. Again, we must elect state legislators to enact laws for: 
hand-counting at the polling locations before the paper ballots are allowed to
leave the premises and making voting by mail the exception and not the rule. 
Again, the first step in taking back our government:  elect better people.
 By taking back the Republican Party from those running it now.  That means YOU
becoming a precinct committeeman for your voting precinct.  (Precinct
committeeman is called different things in different states (precinct chair,
precinct delegate, precinct committee officer, member, etc.; the bottom line is
that you want to become a voting member of your local or county committee, and
it is not difficult to do so).)

 1. Contact your county or local Republican Party Committee, find out when &
    where it meets (terminology varies from state to state), & attend the
    meeting. Take along others.  If your county committee is not listed at State
    Information, do this internet search: [your county name] county Republican
    committee [state name]. In CT and MA, search on the name of your city or
    town instead of your county name.
 2. Introduce yourself. Be friendly, polite, and low key.  The current officers
    may be wary of outsiders.  Ask if a vacant precinct committeeman position
    exists for your precinct and volunteer to be appointed to fill it.  If no
    vacancy currently exists (extremely unlikely), volunteer to be a “helper”
    for the existing precinct committeemen.
 3. Ask for a copy of the precinct committeeman handbook of your state party
    committee and study it and learn how to run for precinct committeeman in the
    next election for these positions.

The office of precinct committeeman (“PC”) has been has been called “the most
powerful office in the world” because the PC is the closest structured political
officeholder to the registered voter. A registered voter has no vote in internal
Party policy; a precinct committeeman does. A PC elects district, county and
state party officers, delegates to the Presidential convention and RNC members.
PCs sent to the Pres. Convention vote on what policies the party platform will
be advocated in the next two years. Through a monthly meeting, PCs interact with
their elected Party officials to influence legislation.

MEET DAN SCHULTZ, ESQ.
