Welcome to one of the world's largest and finest selections of fine antique

Our business was established in 1970 and this website has been in operation
since 1999. I bought my first pocket watch while I was still in high school.
There were some fine old master watchmakers in New York then who were very
generous with their knowledge, and by the time I finished my university
education I had a modest collection and had learned how to repair almost
anything.

For many years I had a shop on the corner of 53rd and 2nd in Manhattan, and in
1975 I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. From the beginning I was fascinated
by working on complicated, unusual, and very early timepieces. I have been very
fortunate to have handled many extraordinary pieces.
