COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) has been declared a pandemic by the World Health
Organization. At Juniper Networks, the health of our employees, customers and
partners is our top priority.

More than ever, we are committed to connecting organizations that are delivering
critical services to those most in need, including healthcare, government and
finance. We continue to provide secure networking and wireless solutions to
ensure that every business, no matter the size, can deliver on their mission
during this rapidly evolving time.

OUR PEOPLE

Juniper has maintained a preparedness plan for several years to manage the
impact of an outbreak such as COVID-19.

The health and safety of our employees and their families is paramount. We are
following applicable government recommendations, including stay at home
measures. Juniper personnel are available to support customers in delivering
critical network services.

Our customers and partners

We are here 24/7 to ensure that our customers and partners are fully supported
during this time.

SALES

 While we are always happy to meet with customers, we strongly encourage virtual
meetings where possible. In affected areas, our sales teams will be available
for remote engagements only. For critical support, please reach out directly to
your account team, or contact us by phone.

 

EVENTS

In an abundance of caution, all in-person Juniper events have been cancelled
through 2020. Join us at our Virtual Summits.

 

SERVICES

We are dedicated to supporting you every step of the way.

Global services staff are on call for critical support and to fulfill spare
parts. We are prioritizing any and all support for medical, healthcare and/or
senior care customers with free premium support services. Any customer in these
industries will be fully supported, even if they don’t have an active support or
maintenance contract.

 

SUPPLY CHAIN

Juniper maintains visibility into our operations globally, and are working
around-the-clock to reduce the risk of any disruption to deliver orders on time
and in full per our commitments.

We are monitoring orders closely to determine any impacts and will communicate
to our customers and partners, as appropriate, via normal communication
channels. Shipping vendors (such as UPS) will communicate status directly on
orders already shipped.

 


Our community

We are working with local governments and critical services to ensure we protect
and connect our communities.

This includes providing free secure Wi-Fi kits for healthcare organizations
setting up COVID-19 testing facilities. Local teams are also donating medical
and household essentials to help those who are the most vulnerable in the
communities where we work, live and serve.

In addition, the Juniper Foundation has committed $1 million (USD) cash donation
to local organizations. Many of these groups depend on a steady stream of
volunteers, income and outside support that has been disrupted. Our employees
are actively participating with matching gifts and a unique virtual volunteering
program. Together, we can slow the global spread of the virus by self-isolating
and prioritizing support for organizations on the front lines.
