1. DOES KOLODOM ALSO BE SOLD AS A HOLODOM?

Yes, Kolodom can also be handed over in the state of Holodom.


2. WHAT DOES THE PRICE OF HOLODOM CONTAIN?

Holodom does not include parquet, sanitation, bathroom paneling, kitchen.


3. CAN I LIVE IN THE HOUSE ALL YEAR ROUND?

Yes, Kolodom is designed for year-round inhabitation.


4. WHAT IF I'M SMALL OVER TIME. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT HOUSES?

Yes, we have prescribed types of modules, where Kolodom´s can be connected.


5. HOW IS WATER, ELECTRICITY, WASTE, HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING HANDLED IN THE
HOUSE?

Waste and water outlets are ready, air conditioning is possible, but it depends
on the possibility of design.


6. DO YOU ALSO OFFER A SOLID FUEL FURNACE?

Pre-treatment is, of course, possible, but the medium itself is dealt with by
the customer himself.


7. IS IT POSSIBLE TO INSTALL A CHEMICAL TOILET?

Yes, by agreement, it's possible.


8. WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE ON THE PROPERTY BEFORE PLANTING THE HOUSE?

If there are civil engineering networks on the land, it is necessary to have
network distribution systems in place so that the mobile home can be connected
in the place where it is to be planted on the land.

I bought a KOLODOM mobile home out of curiosity because I wanted to evaluate my
narrow and somewhat atypical plot of land. What surprised me the most was how
quickly it was built, I didn't need any building permits and best of all – not
even a mortgage. Today I offer it via Airbnb and there wouldn't be a weekend
that wasn't occupied.

FAMILY

We live with my husband in the capital city, so it's good for us to go somewhere
in the country for the weekend. We have our KOLODOM on grandma's property that
we wouldn't exchange for anything in the world. It contains everything we need,
but as we wait for an addition to the family, we plan to get one more mobile
home, which thanks to their simple modularism we will combine together for
living for several people.

BOOK A TOUR OF THE HOUSE KOLODOM

To guarantee the delivery date of your Kolodom, we will sign the land inspection
order. When you order, you will pay a fee for the inspection of the land (150
€), which will be deducted from the final price after signing the contract.




INSPECTION OF THE LAND

After paying the inspection fee, we will come to check the suitability of the
land for the installation of Kolodom, also we will also cover the entire route
along which we will be able to transport your Kolodom.




SELECTION OF DISPOSITION AND DESIGN OF KOLODOM

Choose a suitable layout from our offer, or have an interior design made to
measure by our designers.




SIGNATURE OF THE CONTRACT

We will prepare a contract, that includes the exact specification of your
Kolodom, part of the contract includes payment of a deposit of 50% of the price.




PROJECT DOCUMENTATION

After payment of the deposit, we will prepare project documentation on the basis
of which your mobile home Kolodom will be made, all documentation will be
available, when downloading the finished house.




PRODUCTION OF KOLODOM

We will provide quality materials, when designing other than Holodom we will
provide interior equipment and appliances, we will start to implement the agreed
design of your Kolodom to your satisfaction.




PREPARATION OF THE LAND

If we produce your mobile home Kolodom, you will prepare the land yourself for
the installation of the house. It is necessary to prepare in advance the
engineering networks, the subfill for the fixed installation of the house, as
well as adjust the terrain and driveway on the land.




TRANSPORT AND INSTALLATION OF KOLODOM

The finished mobile home Kolodom will be brought to your prepared land and in a
few hours we will put it in a specific place for you.




HOUSING IN THE NEW KOLODOM

Immediately on the day of installation, you can connect the house to the
networks and move into your dream Kolodom.
