Rushed our Miss Kitty along to Wanstead where we was greeted by 2 lovely ladies,
details taken summary of events listened to intently, then greeted by the Vet
Andrew who also listened and examined our fur baby. We was put at ease
everything explained throughly. Thank you to all of you. Stay safe.

I took my cat on Saturday as she was getting worse. The lady vet we saw was
amazing. She did all the test required and made a referral to the specialist. We
lost our fur baby but they did everything they could.

It was such a shame that we attended Mandeville Vets for the first and last time
for our beautiful 22 year old kitty. Sadly we had to make the decision to let
her sleep and having only recently registered at Mandeville, the helpfulness,
professionalism and compassion we were shown from the first phone call to the
moment she was asleep was first class. Dr Sam Green was so gentle, caring and
fully understanding of our pain and made sure to explain everything that was
happening and the next steps. A week later, I had a call to collect our girl and
everything was as perfect as arranged. A handwritten card sent to our home with
their condolences was the icing on the cake and I could not recommend this
practice enough. Thank you all so much for making the hardest choice we’ve ever
made so easy to handle.

I phoned Greenwood Vet Clinic this morning, as my dog had got a tick, they were
very helpful over the phone & were able to fit me in to see the nurse, who was
able to remove the tick straight away. All the staff are so caring, helpful &
knowledgably. I have used this practice over the years and would highly
recommend them.

I have been using Goddards West Ham Branch for many years for my cats. I have
only praise and high esteem for the vet, Judy-Ann, and her team. Judy’s great
kindness and empathy as well as professional approach and knowledge are very
reassuring and leave me knowing that my elderly cat is getting the best possible
care. Judy always patiently takes time to check my cat thoroughly and explain
and answer all my questions. I can highly recommend.
