HOW TO SETUP, MODIFY, OR REMOVE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

Learn how to easily schedule automatic and direct debit payments for your lease
and rental invoices or Your Purchase Power statements with AutoPay online.
AutoPay allows you to set up automatic payments. If you have more than one
account, accounts must be set up individually.
 
Manage AutoPay Now

 


SET UP AN AUTOMATIC PAYMENT

 1. Sign In to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
 2. Expand the Billing dropdown menu from the navigation bar and select AutoPay.
 3. Select the Enroll button for the account you want to set up on AutoPay
 4. Complete each section, then select Enroll Now.

 


MODIFY AN AUTOMATIC PAYMENT

 1. Sign In to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
 2. Expand the Billing dropdown menu from the navigation bar and select AutoPay.
 3. Select the Edit Settings for the automatic payment you want to modify.
 4. Make the required changes, then select Save Settings.

Note: Only the individual who set up AutoPay for this account may edit the
settings.
 


STOP AN AUTOMATIC PAYMENT

 1. Sign In to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
 2. Expand the Billing dropdown menu from the navigation bar and select AutoPay.
 3. Select Edit Settings for the automatic payment you want to stop.
 4. Select Stop AutoPay in the bottom right hand corner.

Note: Only the individual who set up AutoPay for this account may edit the
settings.
