First thing in the morning: Ayurveda suggests consuming a glass of the water
first thing after waking up in the morning. It is called Ushapaan. It helps in
flushing out the toxins from the body and thus cleanses your intestines. It
ultimately leads to better health and prevention to cure many diseases. It is
even better to drink water kept in copper or silver utensils. The water that is
stored in these vessels has the ability to balance all three doshas Vata, Pitta
and Kapha in the body by positively charging the water.

Right way to drink water: You should sit down to drink water rather than
standing and drinking. When you drink water while standing, the balance of body
fluids is disturbed which may cause arthritis as a result of the accumulation of
fluids in joints. Sitting posture helps your muscles and nervous system get
relaxed and leads to better digestion of food and fluids. The filtration process
in kidneys is also smoother when we sit and drink.

Right way to eat food: Ayurveda suggests people to follow mindful eating. It
gives importance to eating your meals without any distractions and focuses on
the quality, texture and smell of the food. Mindful eating helps in reducing
body weight as it helps in avoiding binge eating. It also helps in reducing
stress and depression levels. Mindful eating has also seen to practice
self-control and promote a healthy relationship with food.

What is your Body Nature? Kapha Characteristics - Kapha Prakruti people are
somewhat heavily built with a well-developed body. Kapha energy is connected to
earth and water. It is said that it controls strength and growth. It is also
believed to be affiliated with the back, torso, and chest. The people who have
Kapha body type are really calm and composed in nature. They need to be really
cautious about their weight as they have tendencies towards weight gain

What is your Body Nature? Pitta Characteristics - People who are in pitta
category are of medium built and do have sharp features. Pitta is connected to
fire and it is believed that it controls People of the digestive and endocrine
systems. The Pitta type people are really intelligent but are fiery in
temperament most of the times.

What is your Body Nature? Vata Characteristics - Vata body type people are
usually thin and slim and have a very less tendency of gaining weight. Vata is
associated with air and space. Vata energy is connected to a bodily movement
that includes blood circulation and breathing. People who fall under Vata
category are creative and have their thinking hats on most of the times.
