Things to double check to allow a smooth Attendee viewing experience.

Pro Tips

As an Attendee for an upcoming Demio webinar, here's a list of things you should
confirm for an optimal experience!





1. Ensure you are viewing the webinar from one of our supported browsers!

Use an Incognito Browser Window to avoid conflicts with any browser extensions
you may have installed.



2. Demio works best when you close any other browser tabs and applications on
your device. Try to close down anything you aren't using!



3. If you are planning on sharing your webcam/microphone as an Attendee, make
sure you use one of the browsers supported for Admins and have permissions set
correctly for the browser and on the system level. Ensure that your audio and
webcam are connected.



4. When joining from a desktop device, you can run a connectivity test using
Demio's System Check. As an Attendee, you'll want to keep an eye on any packet
loss.

In this test, you can also test your audio by hitting the Play button. This way,
you will know ahead of time that your sound works and you'll be able to hear the
webinar!








PRO TIPS

If your device is on Wi-Fi, moving closer to your router can help. Plugging in
directly using an Ethernet cable is even better!



If your connection is restricted and does not allow you to connect to Demio's
streaming servers, you may need to open the required ports and whitelist the
necessary domains to connect.
