MULTIPLE INVESTORS SUBMIT PROPOSALS TO REDEVELOP METAIRIE TOWERS IN OLD METAIRIE

Two months after the Metairie Towers condominium complex on Metairie Road was
listed for sale, multiple investors have submitted proposals to purchase the
building and redevelop the property — either by renovating the 1970s-era complex
or tearing it down and building something new.
